Haha, I think just trying to piss them off and maybe start a fight. Remember when Ruutu used to get in people's faces and bark like a dog? Same kind of thing I suspect
Could be but Marchand is a skill player who is usually on the score sheet. Taking another player to the box doesn't necessarily help the Bruins. Not that I care about the Bruins

He’s such a moron. So talented yet he has some sort of disorder. It’s fine to try and get under the oppositions skin but he’s now taking it too far.
If you watched the game, just after it happened he was sitting on the bench and Chara went up to him, back to the camera, but you could tell he was ripping him a new one. Marchand just stared at him like he was being scolded by his dad. He didn’t say a word, just stared. Bet we don’t see him do that bullshit again. He’s embarrassing his team and disrespecting the game.
Why he doesn’t get a misconduct penalty is beyond me?!?! :loco:

I'm sure when the officials put the penalties on the books they didn't consider some player kissing or licking another player with respect to Misconducts. These are weird hockey days for sure. Can you imagine if he pulled it back in the day with the Flyers, Habs or even the Kings from the past Stanley Cups they were in. Why Tampa doesn't beat the crap out of him I have no idea.
