Providers - Screening Information for Repeat Clients

There are providers out there that require screening information and that is understandable.

Now there is a touring provider who periodically visits Vancouver. I have visited this provider on several occasions (at least 4 times). When I first visited this provider I provided all the necessary screening information like references and phone number.

I recently emailed this provider to arrange another meeting and all I got was an automated reply requesting screening information/references. Now I have read that providers will ignore emails that do not contain the information they're expecting i.e., phone number, name, employment, references, etc.

My question is since (1) I have already provided this provider with my references and phone number back in 2013 and (2) We have already seen each other several times since then, do I still have to go through the screening process again?

Good question.

Is there anything in the email that is personalised, or is it possibly an auto-response? Some providers set up a generic email (like an out of office response!) that goes out automatically to any incoming mail without any prompting.

She might have an assistant, send an email stating that you know each other, give her some relevant details, and wait a few days. If you get nothing back and you really want to see her, go back and jump through the hoops of re-screening.

Although I do not see out of town ladies, I think, like Ms E pointed out so astutely, it is most likely a generic automated response. If I was trying to reconnect with an SP for a repeat visit, I would always mention who I am and how I would like to see her again.

I note some visiting SP's require updated references if you haven't seen her for 6 months according to their ads/websites etc.

I found it's a good idea to also have references from Toronto or Montreal based SP's in addition to local ladies.

I would just reply and reminder her that you had previously seen her on 4 other occasions and see if that's enough of a reference. She may have changed phones or doesn't keep contact info or as the others have said just use an auto responder.

First off I am not trying to be a troll or start any drama.

My concern right now is not just the reference information that is required but the personal information like phone number (again - I gave it the first time), work profile, linkedin, facebook, etc. I have serous issues about providing that kind of personal information. I find it troubling that I would have to provide my work history to someone every 6 months.

I thought most providers would have a safe list based on email/phone number. And if you needed an updated reference, then so be it. But to have to provide your personal information again and again, I am not so sure about that.

Hopefully, it is just an auto-reply and she is too busy to respond. And if there is an assistant involved, hopefully she/he will take the time to at least reply and ask for whatever any additional info that is required.

No reason for her to need your work profile.
No reason for her to need your linkedin profile.
Facebook is a minefield don't even go there.

Any second there will be a lady posting about there right to get all that. But I would move on. That is too much.

Anyhow I only had a small window to work with and this girl did contact me by email saying she was booked all evening up until 11pm and had another booking the next morning at 7am. That's a bit too high volume for me, scratching her off the list.

I’m not sure what she said to you exactly but being “booked” doesn’t necessarily mean she’s seeing clients until 11 pm, she
could have any number of things going on that she isn’t sure will be done with enough time to meet your window, have two appointments booked that are spaced so she can work out and eat but a third appointment leaves time for neither, and so on. Normally, being willing to be up as early as it takes to see a client at 7 is not something that you would find in a provider that is high volume and organized enough to tour, at least not in my experience.
(Not that there is anything wrong with seeing as many clients as she likes in a day, it just isn’t necessarily the case just because a provider says she is booked)

It's usually unnecessary if you have provided references.

Also adding your Perb info helps.

I know lots of guys have a prob with this lack of anominity. I don't and have yet to be be declined as a client.

This may be a tough Pill to swallow ?

But, I've had a couple Ladies tell Me about Guys they've seen 2 or 3 Times, that they no longer want to see for whatever reason ?
And They just ignore, any attempted contact .

IMHO, I think most of Us would rather be told that outright, so We can just have some closure, and move on ?

Myself, I would be reluctant to continue seeing a Woman, who didn't have some sort of memory of Me after seeing her 4 Times ?

Not sure that helps, but, all of the Suggestions that have been made are very plausible ?

At the End of the Day, I guess You'll have to decide, how badly You want to see this Lady ?

Thank you. I'm not very savvy with the reference protocol despite being a PERB member for some time now. I've never been asked for a reference by any ladies. I'm not sure if I'd go through the hassle to see a lady when there are other reputable ladies in Metro Vancouver who wouldn't ask for reference.

What about the name? Are you expected to provide your real name? Just curious?

I've had a few ask me what Ranch I own....or believe it or not ,what I brand my stock with.
I know the question was just to continue a conversation, and innocent enough,but if I gave them that info.....it would be like handing out my personal address, business number, and drivers license.
