I need to get into shape. Man tits, thick torso in the mirror, molson muscle - it's time to tone up a bit.
But discipline is the problem. There are so many excuses - I worked hard, just today I'll rest, I'm so busy there's no time. And then when I am exercising - I'm tired now... ...I'll go longer tomorrow.
Is a private trainer the only option? What should I be paying? I don't really need an expert kinesthesiologist, just a motivator...
