I have been following this thread since the beginning. I know I don't have the same clout, or reputation of the senior members of the board, but I do have an opinion. I have not been in Yvonne's company yet, but she is definitely in my sites, STILL! I have been here long enough as well so people know I don't shill. An sp is very similar to those of us who are salespeople. She is selling herself, and her special talents to us, the client, the same way we represent ourselves, and the products we sell. We all know that we have good days and bad days. We all know that sometimes no matter how hard we try, we can rub our customers the wrong way and lose the sale. We also know that we are not giving 110% on each and every call. As well we all started our first sales job unseasoned, but with positive and constructive help from our "bosses" we honed our talents. Why can't people cut her some slack. As well to her further defence, members who have been on the board, and have a stellar reputation, have stood up for her as well.
Here we have a new person to our industry. Instead of pushing her out of this hobby, let's help her out, and not bash her. Help her out if you feel you must privately with tips, and pointers that she may find useful, or help in the sessions you have with her. After all communication is the best. She sounds quite able to listen to good advise. Yvonne hope to see you soon, and hang in there.
