Not sure where to post this on the Internet, but I thought I'd reach out to this forum to help me out.

I have aspirations of building something that's the size of a vase, using wood (I'm not going to go into details what, because I've already talked to a lot of people about it, and I don't want to end up doxxing myself).

I have no plans of actually owning any tools. I'm happy to work off of a workshop. But I'm not sure which is the best one out there.

What I think I'll need:
  • drill press (for cutting out 4 inch wide rings, with a 3 or so inch wide hole in them)
  • an assortment of hole saw options (same reason for drill press)
  • vise (for various uses)
  • belt sander (for smoothing out the assembled rings)
  • router table (for rounding out the edges)
  • hack saw (a part of the vase-like item will need to have a significant opening available)

This place exists, I can’t endorse it as I haven’t been there though I intend on it once the covid crap dies down.
They have an extensive list of toys.
