With solid goaltending, and the more balanced lineup, I look to see them win a very tough division. I think the only other team to really improve in the division is Minnesota. Of course, I could be wrong and end up watching the playoffs on TV again this year!

since i get bitch-smacked for evening considering responding to hocky posts,
let me say that on BCTV they posted Luongo's save stats and Florida's scoring stats and they were scoring fewer goals than he was saving.
however, with Vancouver's scoring stats (something like .310 per game over the season) and Luongo's goals against per game (.260) they SHOULD have a winning season.
But, with personnel changes, if the nucks can't score as many goals, Luongo is going to feel like he is right back in Florida again.
And I honestly don't know if Luongo can stand on his head like Kippie in Calgary and let the team get away with winning on a lousy two goals total per game!
Let the bitch-slapping begin!
