Show me where I asked everyone to "validate themselves and their choices" to me. I simply entered in my statement, yet many of you choice to debate against it and start up a rebuttal.

You live your life the way you want it for yourself and no other. I was just displaying one path and just because you do not agree with it, does not mean that I am pushing it on to you.
The way I see it,you even coming on here shows you have an interest in trying it out.Or is this some Church sponsered BULLSHIT where you try and convert us "evil-doers"!HAHAHA

Everyone has different reasons for pooning. This board is a place where we don't make judgements about those choices.

I also don't make judgements about the girls that are sp's. Most I've met are super people ... some of the nicest, generous, and most warm-hearted women I've ever met. And I don't expect judgements about my choices either.

I'm married ... have been for 15 years. I still care deeply for my partner, and I love my kids, and I take good care of them. My partner simply isn't interested in the physical side of our relationship anymore. Is that a reason to breakup? Maybe ... I'm not sure.

So what's worse, leaving and making the clean break (and hurting my partner and kids terribly), having an affair and likely breaking the family up (and hurting them even more), living unfulfilled and being increasingly unhappy (which would probably lead to break-up), or once and a while slipping out to see my favourite service provider. Who always welcomes me with open arms, and makes me feel wonderful by the time I leave. My favourites I consider to be extremely good friends, and I'd like to think they feel that way about me too.

If you want to come on the board, leave the moralizing behind. I've made my moral choices, and I can live with them. Don't need you telling me I'm a sinner!

Very well said, Tom!

An escort review board is a strange place for judgemental moralists to participate, especially if they don't expect to be confronted.

Among the members of these boards, it's generally understood that we don't pass judgement on each other's preferences and tastes, except in very extreme cases. The only areas where judgement may passed on others are abusive behaviour intended to hurt and/or degrade the providers, and pedophilia (this includes anyone searching for SP's under legal age).

Absolutely correct Avery ... although sometimes we wonder about Phoenix's mom. Perhaps Phoenix should set maddogdup with her, although frankly my opinion of him as a son would be greatly diminished. :D

It should also be pointed out that the exchange of sexual services for money is actually not illegal in Canada, so long as the transaction takes place in private.

This seems to be a very one sided and the statement was about "men" who do "this".
I think it is pretty absurd to think that men are the only ones doing it.
Women do it ALOT more than people think. Some married women get tired of thier husband for a variety of reasons..he is fat and out of shape, he drinks to much, he is very uninspired in bed , he may have a small penis..who knows..
I just think it is funny how you can judge men for doing it.
The only difference is men talk about it more . It is highly unlikley we would find an escort review board where women rate and review the person they choose to cheat on there husbands with.
Besides is this about cheating or just cheating with a service provider?
Women and men both cheat...but women generally do not have to pay for it.
Is it right?...that is an individual choice and not a choice for you to make for the rest of us.

I look at it this way-- in the wild, there are two types of animals-- those who have multiple partners( like lions) and those who mate for life( like eagles). Putting our higher thought processes aside, and with all the promiscuity in the world, we are a society of lions trying to fool ourselves into thinking we can fly. The basic biological urge to mate as much as possible seems to be winning out over our moralistic upbringing.

just my opinion-- besides, i like the variety!! Sort of like buying the Kellogg's multipak instead of the club pack corn flakes!!

anyone who thinks it immoral or exploitive or dishonest to "pay a person to pretend to care about you" has obviously never flown first-class, or gone to a psychiatrist, or a hairdresser, or eaten in a restaurant, or talked to a bartender they didn't know.

Now thats inciteful, does'nt have to be sexual to be prostitution, does it? Personally I'm single and have never cheated in a relationship but I would never pass judgement on someone without walking a while in their shoes. There are a lot of reasons for the choices people make and for someone to comment on my choices you should know what you are talking about. An uneducated opinion is worse than no opinion at all and comments based on your uneducated opinion is anal communications.....your talking out of your ass
but thats only my opinion

Pretty pathetic that you guys would cheat on your wives/girlfriends.
Maddogd, you puzzle me. You have posted on a website that is dedicated to those who are invovled in the sex trade industry, both as customers and as SPs. Why are you posting here if you are so opposed to the idea itself? Perhaps, deep within your soul, you have a secret desire to participate and the only thing that makes it okay for you to read about the hobby is to criticize others with this post. Is your conscience clear now?

In addition, I assume that you are motivated in some way by religious beliefs or training in your childhood or something of this nature. I would like to put a question to you, Maddogd. Jesus used to travel around with lots of people. I remember that one of them was a prostitute named Mary. I also remember a story about him saving a prostitute from a mob that was going to stone her to death. Seems like ol' JC spent lots of time with SPs. Do you think it was possible that he was spending all of that time around girls in the biz without enjoying the "fruits of their labours?"

I agree with several posts that I have seen here that list several reasons why a man in a relationship would visit a SP. As some women age, the idea of sex is no longer appealing. They might be relieved to know that they don't have to "put out" for hubby anymore, as long as daddy and the paycheck are coming home every week...after he visits the MP, of course.

Its a big world, full of millions of people. Not everyone is going to see the world the way you do. Stop passing judgment on things you don't understand. And go get a blow job before you explode.

Just because it may of been around as long as monogamy, does that make it right?

No one ever said monogamy was right. Perhaps that may be the reason it's illegal.

Did'nt I mention something about an educated opinion...when did they make illegal?????

When I was in university we did a lot of case studies. we were asked to comment on how we would have done things differently. One of the most important things I learned then was that if you weren't in that specific situation, it was very difficult to truly evaluate why decisions were made. They were not necessarily right nor wrong just made with the information at hand. Why do we need to justify ourselves to someone like maddodg? Take the high road and not lower ourselve to his level

Nothing wrong with making everyone think about their choices...

The original issue brought up is valid. If I was in a serious relationship, I do not think I would be pooning. Likewise if I was married. But not everyone is the same. It's as simple as that.

As for "justifying" ourselves - let's just not go there. We are all grown-ups. We have free will. We all deal with the consequences of our actions - both good and bad. That responsibility brings with it the right to live our lives as we see fit.

Guys... from the tone and delivery of maddogd's comments, it is highly likely he is a naive fiteen-year old who just wandered in here with his parents' morality in tow. We have no way to verify who posts in these forums. However, considering the approach he used, it is best to let sleeping dogs lie, than getting our knickers in a knot over him. Let's wish him well!

Have to agree with that. He hasn't posted since early December and his status says he is banned. So why all the posts taking a shot at an idiot whose long gone!
