I preface this by saying Im going to throw out some generalizations based on my experience. Ive seen this trend hobbying in 3 major cities over the years..... However, its not a one size fits all answer and not the end all be all answer. Much depends on person, provider and group. And supply vs demand in that moment will highly impact this. Less quality ladies with a lot of wanting hobbyists is a recipe for a traffic jam.
The 9-5 crowd is a big chunk of the this. Many providers will open doors at 10, 11 or 12. Lunch for the clients can be 10-1 depending on your work hours and then after work 5-8 time frame. These time slots Ive found the hardest to book for the most part with a popular lady at a group. As WandErection said many people like him want to book early as they do get tired (depending on the type of SP) later in the day. Some groups will have a girl booked with 10-12 a day. If your booking a popular lady at a busy group, good luck. There are times when you have to take whatever time slot that is available and get in when you can, even if your a regular. Most won't let you book the day before. You can get away with booking a lady from these orgs later without the lady being exhausted, depending on how the day goes/what day it is. I've booked a popular lady on the weekend evenings and they've had lots of energy. A lady at say medium popularity and still quality can be scheduled later in the evening with not much wear and tear for the day. This lady may see only 6 or 7 a day.
With most Indys, they see less clients generally through the day and booking them later isnt an issue. Depends on their schedule of course. Some Indys will only do daytime hours as they go home to their life (kids and stuff). Some with only work evenings or weekends due to regular job. Many Indys would prefer 24-48 hours notice. Some take same day but usually need at least 2-3 hours to prepare (get to their incall, prep, clean, etc).....With the orgs you can sometimes call at say 230 and get a 3 appointment.
There is a mind set of make as much money as you can in the short time their here. Fot the groups some ladies who like it here and can stay longer or have a strong client base may stay longer. Some rotate between cities every month or few months. Many Indys do weekends or weeks in other places but you can find them usually throughout the year like 8 months or so their available in their main location/city. For many Indys traveling hours/availability is usually longer like all day 10 - midnight vs when they are at their home base. Many of these Indys will advertise weeks in advance and reach out to their past/regular clients in the area they are traveling to so their first few days maybe pretty full. So don't be surprised if you call the first day they land to not have openings that day or are fully booked before the arrive. But not is all lost as people can cancel on them. Some will post and update open time slots on theirs ads and website.
As for MP's....this can be all over the map. Ive been to Tiger and Atlantis right when they open and an hour before they close and its packed. It can be more a roll of the dice. I havent been to Lily's or Swan so I don't know what they're like. Ive been to MP's in other cities Ive been to open till 2am (you find this less now) have had lines, waiting areas and people in their cars waiting their turn at 11pm-2am. And I couldn't get in.
