Just wondering where most of the PERBert's on here are from. What part of the World were you born and where did you spend most of your formative years?

(Sorry, Eastern Canada includes Nova Scotia, ofcourse)

Good to hear there are a few of us on the board, I'm one of the current 4. See guys - this is what can come out of Saskatchewan!

But it is kind of funny hearing Flin Flon & Fort Mac in the same sentence as New York. Kinda one extreme to the other. And yes my hometown is smaller than Flin Flon or Fort Mac!

HK, NYC and now Seattle.

Getting sick of city life though, dreaming of acres and a beautiful house and once a week trip to Costco and call it a life.

Are you thinking backward? Here in BC ,the baby-boomers are getting rid of their big acreage homes and move to apartments or town houses in the city!
Many of them change from rural life to city life!

My hometown, Toronto. But I sure do love living here in B.C. Don't really have any plans for going back.

I'm not sure. I try to go back to Brazil every other year and spent up to six months there but I spend some time here too. And I will soon have a place in France along the same lines as my trips to Brazil.

I'm probably in my house.
Farm girl, third generation canadian, parents born in MB and grandparents from MB, SK and MN, very prairie. My dream is for an apartment in Berlin for 6 months of the year (ich kann deutsch sprechen, aber ich bin nicht so gut mit lesen and reden), and a country home in MB or at the Lake of the Woods (Kenora area) for the spring/summer months.
