Actually I would say a lot of men are pretty inecure, and wouldn't want to have to deal with the idea that girlfriend has done lots of stuff, and had better sex than what he is giving her. He would likely worry she might trade up for great sex.

1. That is very true. It is impossible for a man to be the best in every area of sex... both physically and mentally. Depending on the shape/size of your penis/tongue or whatever, it may be good for a certain type of stimulation, but maybe not another.. and it will also depend on the woman on which the stimulation is performed. And even if you're theoretically the best possible lover in every aspect since the history of time (a "genetically produced perfect lover"), many women (if not most) will still want to find out what it's like to be with another man. My suggestion is to become the "best" in 1 or more areas and unique in your own way. That way the experience she has with you is different than what she can get from any other man.
