I noticed how with some highly reputable touring SP's who advertise this big Canada-wide tour, but they either skip out on Vancouver completely or they do a much shorter stay than here. The weird part is they will do visits in places like Prince George, and other shit holes like Red Deer, and Saskatoon. Wondering what keeps them from considering Vancouver?
What's keeping some of the reputable touring SP's from coming to Vancouver?

From what I've heard, this is one of the worst cities for last-minute cancellations and straight up no-shows. When I first came home to Vancouver, I legitimately thought somebody was playing a prank on me until I talked to other providers and heard that they regularly get no-showed all the time as well. It's easy to see why a lady wouldn't want to drop hundreds/thousands on a flight and hotel room only to be left sitting there alone.
In response to this, I've had to completely re-arrange my booking procedure and now I get small discreet deposits from new clients to show that they are committed to the appointment. It works really well!! The only caveat is that as the provider, you need a really good reputation before clients will trust you (since there are scammers out there). I really really recommend that all established providers get deposits - it is life changing in that it takes SO MUCH stress out of your life. I have found that this is changing surprisingly quickly! Seems like only a year ago, deposits weren't even considered, but lately almost all the clients I talk to are more than willing to put down a small amount to show their commitment. I've been hearing the same from other ladies too :clap2:

Vancouver (and Victoria) are tit-squeezingly expensive. There's more than enough market here to turn a profit here, but Vancouver has plenty of flakes who are more interested in thinking about an appointment than actually showing up to one. Without deposits, it's a huge gamble to tour. The opportunity cost of leaving a regular client base to pay to go somewhere and get your tires kicked is prohibitive.
If they're so well known and reputable that you want them to come out, then find a way to send a deposit.

I think it’s a lot of competition and market saturation. Vancouver already has so many escorts that advertise daily.
I’ve heard from a few SWs that it makes more sense to tour a “shit hole” that has very few reputable SPs as it’s a lot easy to book up in a town with 4 good escorts then 4 dozen.

This is purely from my (a client's) perspective.
Apart from one cheap f**ing scammer out of a motel on KG Hwy when I was new to this, I have never seen a (reputed, high end) touring sp and I most likely never will. Why, you ask... ?
1. More expensive. Almost all of them are 50- 100 bucks more.
2. Lack of reviews: at this age, I just don't have time, energy to toftt.
3. Fear of deposit: in the sense that what if something comes up and I can't go. I have never done a no show but you never know.
4. Scheduling: I am sure other pooners are in the same situation that my work just doesn't allow me to book a month two months in advance. Again personally speaking, a week or so at the most is my range of advance booking.
5. POF: At the rate that I see ladies, there is plenty of awesome girls out there. Heck, I have not even been able to repeat Elsi Dawson.
This is purely from my point of view.

Sad but it true that there are so many choices be it local ladies or touring SPs to Vancouver. Some guys never give it a second thought to bail 30 min before the date.

Why? Easy, it's someone I'd like to continue seeing on future visits.
Add on the $350+ per night hotel in Vancouver vs one that may be < $200 a night in Prince George. The smaller communities are usually happy to see good SP come to town and rarely cancel. This isn't taking into consideration the fake bookings by local SP, handlers and pimps to disrupt the touring lady's visit.

Market saturation is happening in Winnipeg of all places.
It used to be an exciting event when an elite touring lady visited us. Now there are ten to fifteen ladies here at any given time. Plus a couple of Asian micros.
Most of the fake booking mischief is locals protecting thier turf, maybe some dubious bad reviews too.
The size of the market is the same but the number of providers has tripled.
The pie is the same size but the ladies are getting smaller pieces.

As for the deposit idea, I can see that working ONLY if well reviewed.
I've seen many reputable SP's I'd like to spend more time with, but due to supply, I find myself always interested in seeing "what else" is offered.
Interesting that there is the claim that travelling girls won't come here because of men who book then don't show up. In my seven years as a consumer, I have on a few occasions found some of the out of towners overbook. Three times I booked, I got bumped because someone arrived ten minutes before me. Forty minutes later I get a text saying she could see me now and I said no thankyou, and went back home. I wonder if they counted me as a no show? I bet two out of the three.
For me its totally spontaneous. I'm never going to book weeks or even days in advance. One days notice, usually the evening before is as far out as I want to book so the deposit thing doesn't work for me. As a result I will miss out on some of the girls I'd like to see.
