Are you on drugs or drunk?

No and if you feel the need to continue to insult and harass, and try to slander, you can do it privately by pm'ing me. Your posts have no relevance to the topic at hand.

If you have such a problem with the words I am typing, put me on your ignore list, otherwise you are no better than anyone else who continues to respond, me included. :p There we go, figured it out.

I just do not believe that this should have turned into an argument about the economy and that SP's should and will have to lower their rates. No one can tell the future and I believe it is an oversight to say that things will only get worse. I have high hopes things will get better, although I don't know anyone who hopes things will get worse. You get my drift though right?
Keira...I get your drift but I think you're fooling yourself. The only reason BC hasn't been hit as hard as the rest of the world (especially NA) is because of all of the work being done to our infrastructure to prepare for the Olympics.

The economy is a good arguement for someone being able to afford this hobby or not. I know of at least 10 personal friends whose income has been directly affected by the economic conditions. I think it is somewhat naive to believe it will all get better soon. Many of us don't rely on the local businesses to be successful. We need to world economy to improve before we can feel comfortable about a turnaround.

It is obviously affecting business for many SP's. Every day you see ladies offering discounts for their services. Many of them are well known SP's that advertise here and on other sites. Some of them even state "due to economic conditions" in their ad.

There is nothing wrong with acknowledging that some people are struggling with the current conditions but having said that you still have the right to refuse to see someone that asks for a discount. Just don't assume that the person asking for it is an asshole or just using the economy as an excuse. Perhaps he has been really affected by it and he still wants to poon. His priorities may be skewed but we're not debating that here. This would probably be one of the first luxuries I would give up if I was ever in a position to have to.

As I said earlier I would expect whatever the lady was offering for that $100...it's your business so be passionate about it but remember you are always going to get some people that call you up and make you want to scream. My advice would be to take a moment, breathe, and respect their right for acting the way they do...and then politely refuse to see them.

Have a great day Keira

Open question hoping for open answers from pooners, please dont turn this into a fight...
Here is the question(s) : What do you expect when offered 100 for an hour of service?
What do you expect when asking for an hour of service for 100?
Krusty to Keira :
  • I expect that she be working in the biz because she wants to be an escort NOT just to make money!
  • I expect that she realize how much more she is making than 98% of the other women & 91% more than the other men in this country.
  • I expect to be treated as a valued customer.
  • I expect to get an honest business transaction.
  • I expect the escort to act professional.
  • I expect appreciation as a client as long as I am respectful to my provider.
  • I expect compassion for those who are less fortunate.
  • I expect someone who does not have an entitlement attitude.

Keira to Krusty :
  • an asshole like you
  • you should STFU
  • take your own advice and fuck off
  • You just an asshole shit desterber
  • irritating
  • irrational
  • you know nothing of SP's because you have been mistreating them for 13 years
  • Go eat shit
Hmmm

Here we have a conundrum...
Keira asks a question & then when we do not give the answer she wants she attacks the very people she is asking to comment?
Attack & denigrate those she is hoping will provide her with an income in her chosen occupation?

Just plain stupid if you ask me!

NEWS FLASH!!!!!

You gals cannot insult, denigrate, belittle & embarrass men into paying your inflated rates.

IF you want to charge $250 - $400 per hour you should realize that for that kind of money -
you cannot expect the clients to cater to you!

The constant bad attitude so frequently shown by the amateur Service Providers who are not willing to prove their status through at least a couple years of stellar encounters with clients is an insult to those who have.

If these gals are not willing to back up their service with reviews that confirm to potential clients they are a quality provider worthy of the title "Professional", they should not expect the rate that goes with it.

The true professional providers who are in this business have earned the right to charge a premium rate because they have put in the time & effort necessary.

I will say it again, if you do not truly enjoy being with men & serving their needs then you should NOT be in this business!

You SP's are in this biz to cater to the clients!!!

The clients are NOT here to cater to you!!!

If I want to charge a high hourly rate as a mechanic I better have the skill & deliver a service that justifies the rate I am charging.

IF you want business & want to charge a premium for it, then try providing a PREMIUM service!

What the hell is so hard to understand about that?

Keira, try reading this again & tell me what is wrong about what I wrote:
  • I expect that she be working in the biz because she wants to be an escort NOT just to make money!
  • I expect that she realize how much more she is making than 98% of the other women & 91% more than the other men in this country.

  • I expect appreciation as a client as long as I am respectful to my provider.
  • I expect compassion for those who are less fortunate.
  • I expect someone who does not have an entitlement attitude.

As a customer of an SP I think the above is perfectly reasonable.

I have no problem with discounts, and I agree there are people being affected by the economy. The question I have asked has no real relevance to the economy. I've tried explaining my question and I feel no need to do it again. To believe that I am naive towards the world current condition is being very assumptions, like most people are on this board (me included), about what I think, how I live, why I am here on and on and on. I only asked a simple question, with no reason or need to explain how you got your conclusion ( because that only leaves room for people to disagree, target, accuse and everything else that has happend in this thread towards each other). It is like asking for the answer to a math question but not expecting, wanting to see the work. I don't know if you understand what I mean but that is my last attempt at trying to clear up my point of view on the question.

But this is the trail you took us down, darlin'...we just followed the bread crumbs.
It takes two to tango and two to argue, disagree, fight whatever you want to label it. Ive explained myself. If ffeel the need to place the blame then yes, you are right, I should have never asked the question since clearly everyone on this board has an ego, me included. If you disagree with that, I call you a lier. :p :) Enjoy the sunshine, its only in van every so often! Hope everyone is having a good day. Im finished with this thread. Best of luck!
