You overhear a man - 10 feet from the spa you’re about to visit - telling their friend that they “got a free massage”, she “didn’t notice the counterfeit bills”, and he intends to “keep coming back until someone catches on”. It’s 11am. There’s only two ladies at the spa. You discover through innocent conversation that it was the lady currently servicing you that received the counterfeit bills. This is your first time seeing her and her service is lovely - to the point that you will become a routine client. Do you end up saying something knowing that the man will be coming back too?

*This is purposefully vague - with all parties having never met before - to account to for differences in discretion needs and remove bias in decision making. I am aware that having the man be a friend or the lady be the on-going SP would present favouritism.

This seems to be pretty specific.
Is this a personal request, you know asking for a friend, kind of thing?

Go to the desk the minute you walk into the place and tell them what you just heard. They just got ripped off and someone is passing fake bills. If you know this, or even suspect it, and don’t tell anyone about it you’re no better than the crooks.

You’re going to see me ask a lot of questions and I thought I had already asked enough that this one wouldn’t be surprising. The level of thought put into the starred sentences is indicative of it being a hypothetical What Would You Do scenario - a very common engagement style used in content creation. There’s nothing more to it. Just good old curiosity. :)

Passing counterfeit? Total asshole who deserves no mercy. Report him to everyone.

Karma would be him buying a lawn mower from a member who says “not my monkey” and paying with counterfeit.
It’s not an uncommon thing in this industry, sadly. And that would be fun Karma. :)

I’m happy you would immediately do that. 🙏

Counterfeit bills should be reported to the cops immediately, and they would love to be waiting for the idiot's next visit. I recall, many years ago (late 80s- early 90s I want to say), a guy got beaten within an inch of his life after passing funny money to some of the hi track girls over about a week. He was happy when the cops showed up.

Stupid to do criminal stuff.
Idiotic to brag about it.
Moronic to do so in hearing range of other people.

Deserves whatever form of karma arrives on his doorstep.
