Yea calculus was likely not the right word. Should have used position. I was referring to the complex decision making processes of women when choosing who to date long term and potentially marry

Again the calculations and decisions likely differ by woman. Multiple possible factors. It could be her own unique preferences for certain psychologies. It could also be based on how the woman was raised as well as her own financial and occupational success. If shes been a farmer all her life in some developing country and enters some major city like New York it may very well be her ultimate goal to find a guy with a great income, focusing on his income instead of his face. If on the other hand you are born as a Millennial fully exposed to the app Tiktok and the first world lifestyle and are also making plans to attain a great paying job, constantly talking with your girl friends about this or that hot guy .. Then naturally you will go not with chasing a guy with money or personality but instead follow your true biological instincts of chasing the most attractive guys. We've all heard of the good looking asshole stereotype before

I was referring moreso to a babies innate inclination. What's the first thing they would do if not taught anything else. It's to throw it probably or have a temper tantrum. Same with women. Their innate inclination is to ruthlessly pursue the best genes but later on society encourages them to focus on men's personalities. Yes because personality will strengthen your future child's jawline or make your kid 6 feet tall ..

I do have to wonder about the comment about "...millions of years of high level evolution...", because really anything vaguely resembling a "human" as we now know it only showed up on the scene some 1.89 million years ago (Homo Erectus). Homo Sapiens, though, have only been around for say 300,000 years or so. Depends on what he calls "human"... Mind you, I guess you could go back roughly six million years and claim that the first bipedal animals were human; but I'd say that's a bit of a stretch.

Just a friendly reminder that humans have evolved a gigantic prefrontal cortex and we don't always feel or do things our instincts tell us to. Meaning women might instinctively like 6ft tall men with strong jaw lines but through environmental factors, they can and will learn to like traits that are not programmed for them to like at birth.
