I think you sort of mentioned 2 separate topics here. What is sex, and how long is "not lasting long enough"
For me sex is cuddling, caressing, stroking, fondling, massaging, kissing, tonguing, sucking, licking, biting, penetration (in lots of fun positions), and cumming (ideally).
