Jogging has been the thing todo for over 30 yes. .
Want stay fit. Then go jog..Want to loss weight ...then go jog..For some it just that simple.. jogging helps them stay fit, keep their stamina up and they stay at a lean health weight. .A lot is to do with their metabolism. .They just are thin people

Now when it comes to those that have a weight problem, eat toour much..or just have a low metabolism then jogging real does not work That we'll.
In fact it ends up being a waist of time. But many joggers don't realize it, they have bought I to the mind set that this will help me...I feel like cap .but this will help.me..In most case it not hoping because they are doing it wrong..They just have set them selves in to a routine .that is mechanical. .but not pushing their metabolism or pushing there body to work harder to burn fat..or build muscle. .

I see them all the time out for their morning or evening jog like a religion.believing it is their answer to a better sex life..better relationship And it will make them feel better.. o
No it would .change will .change to a different ruetine. One that will actually push your body. Instead of taking it to its Comfort zone.

So next time you find your self jogging ask your self "have I been getting.any getting any new benefit from doing this..or is it just a habit I use to escape what is wrong in my life..
10 yr....20 yRs of jogging you should be in great shape..only thing is you need more then one exercise to work all parts of the body..and if jogging has not help get ride of those fat thighs.. big belly.. then you need to admit it not going to be an easy fix as just jogging into oblivion.

I once when I was younger thought about jogging. My car was broke down and needed to do a pickup. I changed my mind and took a taxi to and back from the pizza joint to pick up my order

I love running. I find it is a great stress reliever and really clears my mind. Love it. Runners' high definitely exists.

There's a bigger point to exercise than losing weight and vanity. It helps your cardiovascular health. So you may not get skinny but chances are you'll live longer.

And it may not lead to better sex life directly but improved cardiovascular health means lower blood pressure. And ED is a common side effect of high blood pressure.

One runner I know once said running is key to having easy erections. It's all about blood flow and cardio he said. How true is that?

I used to have a 90 year old client who was a marathon runner, and he could still get a rock hard erection without using any performance enhancing drugs.

So, there might be some truth to that then? Or....maybe seeing you did the trick. You have your ways and you teach that :p;)

Cardio is cardio whether you run or bike or swim doesn't mean fuck all the point is to elevate your heart rate for an extended period of time

Just go to the gym, and do yoga... Exercise in designated exercise areas. I don't sleep on the Downtown streets.... I sleep in my bedroom. I don't sweat and exercise on the Downtown streets... I exercise in the gym. People that run around getting all sweaty in public fling all their sweat, and their stinkiness and huffing and puffing on innocent bystanders trying to make their way cleanly to work are so rude.

To me jogging is a way to spend time with myself and get some thinking done. I have made many decisions while running / jogging!
It is great for endurance and physical fitness in general, however when it comes to weight loss and muscle shaping I find that running doesn't help at all. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a lot more efficient. You go hard for a shorter period of time, burn more than you would running, and you can still feel the burn the next day. Lots of places offer HIIT classes, or you can find the workouts online.

What does jogging accomplish.?

If there is anything more boring is JOGGING..... for me anyway

I would sooner chase a soccer ball, a badminton bird, a squash ball, a tennis ball..you get the picture.
