Well....After I'm done picking up the hay from the field, pitchforking hay to my stock, shoeing the horses, driving in fence posts in the ground and nailing the rails to them, helping the new born calves and colts to try their fist time at standing....I really enjoy a cup of coffee held in my bandaged worn out hands, while sitting on my chair,....as I watch the selection of bouncing boobs jog by me.

You have to mix up your workouts time to time. Make your jog longer, increase the intensity, run up more hills, sprint for a minute then jog for 30 seconds etc. You have to keep your body guessing so it will be forced to adapt only then you will see results. It also helps to stay on a really high protein diet and eat healthy foods.
