Let's say you're super-wealthy, but not the kind of celebrity/rockstar who has an infinite supply of groupies throwing themselves at you. You have all the money you'd ever need, to spend on fulfilling your every wet dream—but (at least to me) it's unclear how you would best actually go about making that happen, efficiently, reliably and discreetly.
Let's presume one additional qualifier: that you get bored of seeing the same SPs quickly, no matter how excellent their services are. So this wouldn't just be a matter of building a "harem" of escorts in your personal employ. You want the sex life of Gengis Khan, not the sex life of Hugh Heffner.
What would you do? Or rather, what do people already in this situation do? (I know nobody on PERB is in this situation; if you were, you wouldn't be here! But maybe you know somebody who is? I feel like, at least in Vancouver, everyone's only one or two degrees away from a stupid-rich investor type.)
And then, how would any of these work if you're on vacation in another country at the time? (I know you could pick a girl before you leave and arrange to bring them with you; but if you don't?)
I'd ask all this on a place where high-net-worth people are actually around to answer questions—say, the subreddit /r/fatFIRE—but I feel like I'd probably get booed out of the room there for raising a topic like this, just as a matter of optics. Instead of an answer, I'd be happy to take a good suggestion for a place to ask this question where it would actually be well-received by the right people.

- Would you have a "personal" (or shared by just a few rich clients) pimp / "procurer", the same way that you might have a personal chef/butler/chauffeur/bodyguard/etc.?
- Would you entrust this task, just like any other, to your faithful Personal Assistant? (Even if you're cheating on a spouse by doing so? That's a pretty high-trust assistant!)
- Would you have a special ongoing relationship with a specific escort agency, where they will do whatever they can to serve your needs, up-to-and-including hiring on new talent just for you?
And then, how would any of these work if you're on vacation in another country at the time? (I know you could pick a girl before you leave and arrange to bring them with you; but if you don't?)
- Are there exclusive "global" SP agencies / procurers, who have connections to SPs in many different countries, such that they can set you up with a high-quality SP local to you, no matter where you are?
- Or is there a job whose responsibilities include "travelling with your boss, then going out in the destination city and hunting for girls they'd like, paying them off to come back to your boss, and handing them over for him to have fun with"? (Sort of a... port-a-pimp!) This sounds like a thing a literally-personal pimp could do, or your PA could do if you fully trusted them. And it's definitely something gang members do for their gang boss. But I'm assuming you're not a gang boss.
- Or would you just spend your wealth flying SPs out from wherever they are, to wherever you are? (Seems awfully inconvenient. Depending on how far away they are, you could be sitting around sexually-frustrated for 12 hours or more. Wealth is supposed to solve problems, not create them!)
