What are these marks on this girl? Disease or drug use?

I like her face and tits but then saw this photo in addition to a few others with what look like scab marks or injection sites... any insight if these skin spot marks are from disease or drug use (what type)?

Worse case scenario, it could be anything from a secondary skin rash from an sti, to scabbing from a meth itch. I’m no dermatologist but my guess is on the latter.
The first pic shows the spots down her outer thigh. That was enough for me.
Whether it’s disease, drugs or a simple acne it’s a red flag.
