I would like some advice.... I am a gal with an MP background who is returning to the industry.
I know I have certain assets that draw repeat clientele.
But often, they are flaky (and I'm talking regulars)! For example: I ask somebody to confirm one hour prior, and alas, no word, yay or nae.
I understand my clients have lives. So do I. I'd appreciate a heads up, anyway.
I consider this just plain.... well, rude! Should I ignore them from this point, or attempt to educate them?
Given my MP background, I'm not used to having to deal with this stuff. I just had to provide a quality experience, which I do.
Thoughts, anyone?
