I personally do believe that is the case.
That being said, I have seen providers that “hide” things. I recently saw a lady whose website was accurate as far as services etc. The pictures were of her, they were also taken some time ago. Like more than 10 years.
Another one is a lady who covered her mid section to hide a belly in her gallery.
Nobody is perfect. I get it.

In my own experience, I find that SPs with a professionally done website and/or an active Twitter account are highly unlikely to be scammers. If they’re well reviewed too, it’s even better.
Yeah I mean my web site cost a decent amount of money to make (I hired someone to get me started) and it's maintained and has a yearly fee. You'd have to be pretty serious about scamming to make a professional web site as part of it!
