As for your question, these are fake ads. Image search shows these pictures all over the internet.

You can also use PERB search for the last 4 digits of the phone number, which are 3371 and 8932 for these ads. In both cases, they are already mentioned on PERB as obvious fakes:

Ahhh gottcha to good to be true haha well I guess there goes my hunt lol I was wondering what those 4 digits were that everyone quotes good to know that they're the last 4 digits of a phone #
