That all sounds like the trouble I was having when I tried to access the site using IE7. The problems all go away with Firefox or IE6.2At least it remembers me now.
I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on this weekend when I linked from Hotmail to check a PM and had to login for the first time in, geez, I don't remember how long—almost a year?!
Then it wouldn't accept my password and I had to reset it! I'm thinking, "WHAT?! I know this is my password, and I certainly know my user name for crying out loud!" Man, that was annoying!
Then I get in and things are a little, well, off—like that broken multi-quote button. What is that for anyway?
And then I posted something and went to edit it and it acted funny when I tried to save my changes—none of the buttons would work and I had to do and extra step.
It sure is acting up at times, Fred. I wondered what was going on.
Now if I want to use a tabbed browser I use Firefox. MS seems to have made IE7 unusable.
The only thing that I haven't tried since the update is Chat. I can post, edit the post and change forums without the site forgetting me.
