I'm wondering for guys who need this pills for sex, as to whether your partner knows that you use these. Is it something that guys can be open about, or is it something a woman would be turned off by, or even insecure about?

I remember ending up in the emergency room, docs standing over me and family gathered round.
what are the meds your taking they wanted to know.

what is that saying keep it stupid simple,,

I lucked out. of a very fucking embarrassing situation. the doc's will actually go and check if your lying to them, your dam right they will. or maybe just confused.

tell your wife or partner save embarrassment latter, if you can.
um but if your not having sex with them why do you need the little blue pill. such as my case.

yeah fuck the shit I get into.

I tried both Viagra and Cialis once a few years ago just to see about adding some excitement to an encounter, but none of it did a thing for me.
But, yes, I did tell my GF at the time, and she found it an exciting idea. I've never needed it to function normally, but she was more disappointed
than I was about it doing nothing extra, haha
I went back to doc and asked why it works for some and not others. He said that's not uncommon, it's not for everyone. He gave me some higher
dose Viagra just to try (100mg). I tried once, did nothing. Still had 3 in the box, so second time, tried two of them. Still did nothing extra for me,
so I gave up.

If you don't need it, it won't do anything for you. If you are working at 50% (or whatever) it will help you get close to 100%, but if you are already at 100% you can't improve above that. Taking the drugs in that scenario is basically wasting your money.

Honesty is paramount in a relationship.
Although there is many different areas in life, one needs to practice discretion, I agree with that totally, at each level. Discretion I use to divide my life into 3 different parts.
There is Work, there is Family & Friends and then there is my own Private life. I keep all 3 seperate, but in each enviroment I believe keeping the honesty contained to each.
Everything else is just a matter of keeping that discretionary space between the 3. There is such a thing as having an intelligent conversation, without talking about what's
going on in all areas of your life.
One thing I have always been adamant about in communication is telling people what they need to hear, rather than what they want to hear. It's actually a part of my character
that some people don't like about me. I even go as far as telling a female (for example), don't ask me what I think of your new dress unless you want my honest opinion, because
I'm not the type of person that would lie just to make someone feel good. Hence, that infamous saying, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" haha
I also never feel the need to make up excuses for what I do or a mistake I may have made. I was even late once for a rendevous with an SP, but I didn't BS about it or make up
excuses. I screwed up and I was honest about it. I would rather have someone pissed right off at me and be able to hold my head up about it.

My own partner doesn't use or need pills. But if some sort of issue popped up in the future.. we would discuss it and figure out a solution together.
No, your partner doesn't need pills at all though I have taken the odd Tylenol. Now, as for those "issues popping up", I think you already have the solution lol.

I had the reverse happen some one I saw regularly assumed by my age and the fact I smoked that I must be using something. I don't, just need the right encouragement.
