I'm sure they all will. But don't expect currency conversion. To them CAD and USD are at par: keeps the arithmetic simple.

Yes of course I would pay their rate just in USD

Best to double check before bringing it but if you're paying at par I'm sure most providers would be fine with it (I know I would)

Taking money at par.

I remember a SP posting she got duped into taking Indian rupees at par. The guy got laid for the equivalent of $5.

Counterfeit is a serious issue with US money. Don’t be surprised if some providers don’t take it.
A few years ago Winnipeg was flooded with fake 100s and 20s.
Anyone taking US money needs to be careful.
US Secret Service has good guides on their website for detecting suspicious bills.
