19 days to go. Harris' chances and yours are not looking good at the moment. However more women vote than men do and Harris does have the female vote and there still could be an October surprise. Democrats do have a better ground game than Republicans do which could work in your favor. Unfortunately for you the betting odds now have switched to Trumps favor and the national vote is tied. Anyways it will come down to the rust belt states....Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania in the end unless the polls are drastically underestimating Trump again and he wins in a landslide.
Sometimes...watching Harris being so unprepared in these town halls and interviews I begin to wonder if she really doesnt want the job in the first place and is deliberately tanking herself....or just too lazy to actually prepare for these interviews with real policy answers rather than recite the same old word salads over and over(Im a middle class kid). If she was better at this the door was open for her to win over undecided voters but its at the point where even staunch Democrat publications are beginning to reluctantly turn on her as her campaign falters. The post convention joy has been left in the dust and is turning to angst and anguish and I would expect all sorts of desperation to unveil itself as November 5 nears.
Perhaps if there had been an actual primary at the convention where she would have been forced to reveal her cards rather than just having her selection forced on the party things would have been different. Several of the Democrat governors (not Walz or Newsome) IMHO had a much better chance at beating Trump if selected. It makes me wonder if Biden endorsing her as the candidate was basically a big Fuck You to the party for forcing him out of office...an act of revenge.
