Why do people keep repeating these really dumb lies? You know this isn't true, right? Have you just replaced DrJohn? Kamala got 99% of the votes, from something like almost four thousand delegates in the Democrat primary. You know you could spend fifteen seconds looking this up, instead of just repeating dumb lies... Right?
Yes, how could I be so dumb, it was a total bottom up approach.

Not like Biden was still the sitting president and threatened with invoking the 25th amendment or anything.

I mean, when she last tried to run for her party's nomination, it's not like she was last place or anything.

There's nothing confusing about what I've written. You're saying that states get to decide whether women have a right to privacy, which is where the right to an abortion stems from. So you believe that states can simply decide to take away people's federally protected rights found in the constitution. That's what you're saying. What other rights can states take away? Is it only this right, and only for women? Or can states take away any and every right they like? C'mon, take your logic through to it's conclusion to realize how silly what you've said is.
The Supreme Court decided that abortion was not a constitutional right.

It really doesn't matter what you or I think.

but Biden couldn't stay on?

all Trump says is semantic bullshit, fantastic, better than ever, stronger than ever, great again........

Fox is constantly saying Harris won't give interviews on any substance

like Trump has said anything in 8 yrs worthy of listening to
Harris has given precisely ONE interview since taking over her party's nomination. With Weirdo Walz (to borrow a term from the Harris fan boys) that was a total of 18 minutes in length.

Of which most of it was highly edited and cut out so who knows what gaffes Harris made that have been covered up.

Have you actually listened to a long form interview with Trump, minus the media bias?

The X space with Elon or recent Lex Fridman podcast.

I would love to hear one with Kamala. Seriously, I would. But we all know the reason why, right?

At least Hillary was smart and articulate. Kamala simply can not do an unscripted interview.

Talk to me after the debate.

By the way, I'm no big fan of Trump but I respect a person for putting themselves in front of the media to take the hard questions.

Varies now
Those politicians who say America doesn't have a gun problem usually have an armed protective detail. Some are even behind bulletproof glass at gatherings and in their vehicles.

You're not answering the question, and I never said that abortion was a constitutional right, I said that the right to privacy covering doctor patient relations and decisions about a person's own healthcare decisions are a constitutional right. In allowing states to take away that constitutional right, you're allowing states to take away those rights from people. So which other rights can states take away from people? Any others, or only this one? And can this one only be taken away from women, effectively making them into second class citizens, below men? Again, you need to follow your own logic through to it's conclusion.

The joke about prices was attributed to Winston Churchill.

and who on either side of the aisle in the moronic province of BC has changed the drinking age?

neither, cause they're both the same useless pieces of shit

the age of adulthood is 18, so should the drinking age be

the fact that the people in BC don't force a change on this shows that

the public is really the problem, not the parties

18yr olds are being discriminated against, plain and simple, yet told they have to act like adults in every other way

that's right/left/middle legislation

that's as moronic as the 21 age crap in the U.S.

which again is supported by both Parties there

Maga/supposed Progressives, same shit, different pile
Who cares about the legal drinking age ?? The example was to show how the MAGA mindset was geared towards criminalizing and forcing others to follow their own beliefs rather than being tolerant and respecting others.

That was not his full quote and you know it.

And this weirdo line is so funny to me. It's like a marketing term created by the left that is parroted at every opportunity.
I think it's a brilliant move. The more that Trump is vilified and his crimes and lies are exposed, the more the extreme right turns to zealotry and blind obedience. It obviously only strengthens him when they see that he can get away with blatant criminality and bald faced lies. The man's arrogance is his downfall. He revels in his misdeeds and the power he feels in doing things without consequence, but like a true narcissist and egomaniac he can't abide derision and dismissal. By calling him weird and dismissing him as a joke they strike at the heart of his power and reduce it to nothing.

He's speaking the truth: I don't like that this is a fact of life.

How is that a blasphemous comment? It's the truth that he then offered a solution to.

Columbine, Sandy Hook, etc.

Anyway, name calling on both ends is silly.

Why can't we have conversations and disagreements without getting personal?
Is it the truth?
Is it a fact of life?
Or is it a convenient excuse for when you don't want to face facts?
Research into mass shootings and how other countries have resolved these same concerns demonstrates that gun legislation can result in real change... but it that's not something you're willing to consider I guess the answer is that "it's a fact of life"

The USA has a really interesting concept of democracy. I know that no democracy is perfect, it's created by humans after all... but it's really interesting that a Supreme Court that was just recently tilted towards Republican values by the appointment of several Republican justices who swore that they had no interest in overturning something like Roe V Wade... turned around and overturned Roe V Wade which is demonstrably not what a large majority of Americans wanted. Politics is a dirty business, and power corrupts. Ostensibly power that is vested in and resides in an individual for life (like a title of nobility or appointment a Supreme Court justice) corrupts absolutely.

You say it really doesn't matter what you or I think? True for me... I'm not an American. But I think it really does matter what Americans think, because they can and will vote on this issue, giving power to the party to change this, that they feel will do what they want and right this wrong. American politics is better than slap stick comedy. Canadian is no better, but you've got better clowns.... Orange clowns.

which is exactly what you just posted, criminalizing and forcing others to follow someone else's beliefs rather than being tolerant and respecting others

18-20 yr olds in their society

Republicans and Democrats

the liberals want to force you to believe shit, follow their beliefs, same with Republicans, MAGA and normal ones

even when it makes no sense

you're going to send a kid to war at 18 but tell him he can't have a beer?

who's intolerant, lacking respect

people who say "who cares" about the rights of others

Gun legislation ?? Wasn't the answer obvious?
yeah, that's really working well here

gun crime is really down since the Turd took over and put in superficial PC gun laws

unless you're going to confiscate all the guns, the only people who follow gun laws are the ones who are already doing it

criminals don't care what the gun laws are, neither do crazy people, who will find another weapon just like the nut job in Van did this week

it's a culture, the U.S. has a culture problem

Switzerland, gun ownership is in the 25% range, yet virtually no gun problem

Except for all of the studies showing that stricter firearm laws result in fewer forearm homicides. Pesky science. 🙄

Homicide by forearm - that made me chuckle! LOL To think, all these countries that have super strict gun laws - they probably have what, zero homicides by forearm every year. Mission accomplished! LOL

Yes, yes - obvious typo. Funny nonetheless! LOL

Lol, better than the normal "fun control laws", that usually pops up. As long as I correct that one, I'm good!
