If found guilty on the current Stormy Daniels case virtually every lawyer...even on CNN and one on MSNBC agree that Stormy's testimony tainted the jury as it was basically salacious, inadmissable and had nothing to do with the case at hand making it immediately dead on appeal.. We still do not know what Trump is actually being charged with. The bookkeeping charge has to be tied to a felony and that connection has not yet been made. I guess they are trying to prove that the payment was election interference but non disclosure agreements are legal...have to see how this plays out in the next few days. Cohen was not a good witness either and there is a question as to whether they would call Costello Cohens former lawyer who has testified to an oversight committee that Cohen did this all himself without Trump being involved.
The other cases......if Trump wins he can pardon himself.....if he loses he would no longer be considered a threat to become President again and they would possibly....but probably not bother to pursue it once he is out of the picture. The only reason these cases were actually brought were as election interference which had to be rushed through to get him in prison/convicted of a felony/tied up in court so he cant campaign/bankrupt him before the election and they had to tie them together with string and bailing wire to make them work. They are very imaginative and in what I believe is supposed to be the best case....Jack Smith screwed himself by getting caught tampering with the evidence.
Regardless....much of the American public see through the facade and know who the actual totalitarians are and the entire lawfare campaign is backfiring as polling, street reactions, and attendance at Trump rallies shows. The question coming up will be....if Biden screws up in the June debate with Trump will he be replaced before the August Convention with Gavin Newsome....it wont be Kamala and apparently she is already hinting at wanting to go back to California to run for governor.

Wasn't the cases filled before trump announce that he was running for president? He announced running after these cases were bought. So election interference is a very weak argument.That's what orange turd wants Americans to believe. Will they believe is another question. Will he win? I hope not.

Trump has zero idea what's going to happen to him once he is a convicted criminal in NYC and I believe he will. His life is going to change, unless ofc, the justice system there has two set of standard.
It's very common that ex president in other countries are convicted, faced jail time of crimes they have committed while in office. Will or should this happen in USA? I believe if evidence and facts find orange turd guilty, then by all means the rule should apply to him like it applies to other people, otherwise democracy doesn't work in a country that's supposed to be one of the beacon of no one is above the law. American democracy will die and so are the countries that believe in it. This is not hyperbole. China and Russia are already saying that democracy doesn't work. Rule from the Top down and not from bottom up as they say. If America can't fine the balls to uphold justice and the conviction that no one is above the law, then democracy is a farce.
