Yep poor Americans keep doing it to themselves.
Viewed from the outside it's sad and getting pathetic as the US has lost focus and it ain't octogenarians that have the energy, witt or the mindset to pull them out of the quick sand . And looking at what is in the line up to replace them is not first class either.
Hailey and Christie would be decent and knowledgeable enough though
What I don't understand is the five 'also running.' They all fear to go against Trump and go so far as to defend the man. If they want to be POTUS, you would think they would have to go after the front runner. My best guess is they are hoping to be on the Trump ticket for VPOTUS but I can't see Trump wanting any of them.
I don't think so. I agree and believe with legal expert that The US Supreme Court will uphold the ruling. "They have little choice but to apply their textualism method of reading the constitution to the Colorado case. It requires the text of the const. to not be interpreted but applied via plain reading of the words on the document." - Legal Expert.
Some say Trump haven't been convicted yet. but what''s confusing is a federal judge and a state supreme court already agree that Trump violated the Constitution when he engaged in an insurrection. SCOTUS can't just over rule that findings of two lower courts and state SC at that.
Colorado is purple state. The state SC is made up of 7 judges that were all appointed by democratic governors. But the decision was close, 4 to 3.
I think they are all hopping that somehow Trump will be disqualified and or convicted. That way they will eventually tap into Trump's base. If they go after Trump now, they won't stand a chance later on if indeed Orangeman is disqualified or convicted. Nikki Haley once said she will support trump, if he gets the nomination, even if he is convicted and she even went further by promising she will pardon Trump if she is elected. Probably the reason why her polling is up. I don't believe trump will win nationally. Biden team and the Dems haven't even started their campaigning yet. No longer believe the polls anymore. They have been getting them wrong for the pass many years. Just not accurate. People will still chose democratic principles then authoritarianism. But you never know. Many are just blinded by this conman, sadly.
the three dissenting judges did not argue the fact that orange jesus committed the offense(s), the perponderance of evidence is/was never in question (vs. beyond a reasonable doubt), although I agree that the textualists almost have to uphold The Colorado SC ruling, my guess is they'll find some 'off-ramp' to negate it.

Saw this on some biker pages it’s from 2020, still can’t figure out how so many hardcore bikers believe Trump is one of them, the right wing talking heads sure have bamboozled these guys.
Put this dissertation up on several anti-Chump Biker groups recently. Its gone semi-viral (with my permission & blessing). Now I'm publishing it on MY Wall. I've had it up to my gas caps with Bikers for Trump. Here goes...
In total agreement with the sentiment being expressed on this & many other groups who oppose fake 45. As a 45 year rider I've never been so utterly disgusted with the Motorcycle Riding community scene. Bikers for Trump sounds like an oxymoron to me & makes about as much sense as an electric generator.
For starters, the Bikers I know aren’t affluent. Most work hard their entire lives. Next to their Freedom, their scoots are often the most valuable thing they own. Yet, for some unbeknownst reason, these dudes felt that a billionaire who’d been born on 3rd base with a silver spoon in his mouth & had probably never changed a light bulb, much less his own oil, represented them. This buffoon in all likelihood, has never shopped in a hardware store or in an auto parts warehouse. He’s never had to fend for himself or cook his own meals. Yet Bikers for Trump apparently thought he was their standard bearer.
This vile piece of vitriolic shit portrays himself as a “commoner who wants to make sure everybody gets a fair shake”? Like alla the contractors, architects, & construction firms he ripped off & didn’t pay? Like his university scams? And speakin of the privileged, tell me how this billionaire real estate shark is in touch with their belief system, the blue-collar community, & middle-class social values? Commoner my ass. Yet Bikers for Trump couldn’t care less.
He also peddles the “idea of rebellion against societal norms & against authority”! This entitled, rich, malignant, narcissistic cancer, paints himself as a rebel outsider? And they truly believe this despicable oxygen thief is an outsider, however in reality he is the most imperial authoritarian fascist POTUS ever. Yes, no doubt, he’s is a political outsider, but in reality he’s a corporate insider & a welfare queen. He accepts corporate welfare & uses bankruptcy laws to avoid paying his creditors. And speaking of avoiding, when the call to serve in Vietnam came up, he betrayed his fellow Americans by dodging it 5 times. And Bikers for Trump couldn’t care less.
It’s painfully obvious he governs for the wealthy. He opened his presidency by badgering companies for shipping jobs overseas & then outsourcing accelerated shortly thereafter. He touted the GOP’s corporate tax cuts but his bullshit public relations campaign obscures the billions that are being spent on stock buybacks to enrich the already rich investors. He’s placed Wall St executives in charge of the economy & pursued policies that lower pay, raise taxes & strip protections for the struggling American blue collar worker. He’s undermined the working middle class at every turn. The orange gas bag even called for a “boycott of Harley-Davidson”. And Bikers for Trump couldn’t care less.
It’s nauseating lookin at alla the delusional fantasy Chump T-shirts & denim vests alongside the imaginary Biker version of this traitor at Rallies. One reason I rarely go to them anymore. I’ve seen Bikers wearing T-shirts of him as Superman, Hercules, Mr Universe, Rambo etc. How cute, keep wearing & prompting figments of the imagination. This encapsulates how far his illusory disciples of ignorance have been brainwashed.
Amazingly these impenetrably ignorant Bikers keep supporting their silver-spooned, tax-evading, draft dodging, welfare queen while they pay their Federal taxes every April, even though he’s stonewalling his own tax returns. And speakin of taxes, his plan gave tax breaks to the rich & wealthiest corporations. And lest we forget about his planned cuts to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid & education. See how well that resonates with the average American this November.
Sadly this too doesn’t change the opinions of his brainwashed flock of sheep who worship his putrid, empty, soulless shell. True Bikers believe in unparalleled honesty, integrity, independence & heart, not someone who habitually cuts the fabric of truth to ribbons on a daily basis. 45 years in the saddle & it’s hard to believe it’s come down to this… 🤮

I happen to know many bikers who are compassionate, caring and loving people. It’s not fair to stereotype them just because you have a difference of opinion.
I know more bikers than you ever will and they are compassionate, caring and loving people thats what makes it so hard to understand how they can support a Scumbag like Trump!
