And these are just enthusiastic tourists.

How many Tesla dealerships would those guys need to vandalise to equate the damages to the capitol building ? Should the use of tear gas , bear spray , batons , clubs , bats and handguns be part of their standard equipment ?

Crazy time we live in as that kind of scenario can be in our minds and that those events have come to past. Just for the ego of one guy and his fears .

Everytime I see a Tesla on the road now I fantasize about vandalizing it.

The person driving it probably has the same political opinions you do bud and has nothing to do with Elon Musk, just wanted an environmentally friendly car. Sick fantasy.
Sick fantasy? They were fantasizing about damaging a car,.. not the owner. Pretty good bet the car is insured.
Sentiment would be better expressed by fantasizing about something serious happening the Elon or Trump's financial assets.. something on the order of forced bankruptcy, but I wouldn't say it's sick,.. just misplaced.

I remember a science fiction episode (I think it was Doctor Who) where the citizens voted and if the vote came out against the politician they got electrocuted.. That's a sweet fantasy.. maybe not as good as torching Tesla's but certainly worthwhile. Watch the orange toad fry.. frizzy hair everywhere. I'm glad science fiction isn't reality since some of the things are certainly horrible in most cases but it does make me feel slightly better.

So many of you are full of it. Imagine if all these illegals bypassed USA and decided to make Canada as its destination. Would your lefty views still be the same? Would you call out Canada's leaders for wanting to deport them and label them as anti immigrant. Give me a break its easy to do that when its not your country isn't it? Oh the horror, Trump is enforcing law at the border. Cry me a river.

The left is so full of it. Now we have Aoc calling Republicans as the party of oligarchs. Come on man, look at the richest tech companies, corporations, media, Ivy League schools, Hollywood, they are all in the Democrats camp.

I do believe the divide is too much and in a few decades America will split into 2, the Democrats will never return to the center. I don't even consider Portland, Seattle, Denver and Boston as part of America sometimes. Have you seen the nutty Mayor Of Boston, she is on another planet.

Dreaming about vandalizing someone you don't know's property just because it was made by someone you don't like is STILL a sick fantasy in my book. At its best its stupidity. Whether or not its insured is a moot point. Its a criminal act.
Fantasizing about something serious happening to Elon's assets is also a stupid fantasy because billions of dollars of union and retired peoples pension plans are tied up in stocks heavily tied to those assets...you should know this considering your former job. Also he only owns around 12.8% of the shares ...you are hurting a lot of other investors along with him.

Tim Walz former VP candidate and Minnesota governor who just had a video of him hoping Telsa stock would drop has had to apologize because it turns out that he actually controls 1.6 million shares of Tesla through the Minnesota Government retirement fund which affects police officers, teachers and other workers. Nice one Tim.

I guess the bottom line is your definition of "sick". With the understanding that fantasy is just that... fantasy, and has no real basis more powerful in reality than "wishing".. the moral impact of something occurring that can impact many people or just one, is a meaningless differentiation.
What you're arguing is semantics. Would it make you feel better if I stated "I wish that Donald Trump and Elon Musk were to be divested of all their worldly wealth and be made to live the lives of an average American, so that they can live the impact that their actions have on others and that such action have no material effect on anyone other than them" ?
In real life, the actions of Donald Trump and Elon Musk have both positively and negatively affected a lot more than just pension investors... look at the stock market if you want proof of that.
I know that we won't agree on Trump and Elon's impact on the economy,.. the loss of thousands of American jobs, fired without regard to merit,.. the number of people deported without due process,.. the insane tariff war.,... but please don't pretend that my "sick fantasy" would have more impact than the two of them are having in real life right now.

The most dangerous thing you can do is make a wish on the Monkey's paw.

You're correct.
I am full of it. If by "full of it" you mean righteous indignation and contempt for Donald Trump.
My certainty is that the USA has had deplorable immigration laws for a long time,.. intentionally so. The USA has always wanted immigrants.. to do the crappy jobs that Americans don't want at a fraction of the cost that documented Americans would get paid. They just don't want those immigrants to have the same rights and privileges that Americans have, most importantly the ability to Vote. Trump isn't wrong to deport immigrants. Trump is wrong to deport immigrants without due process and without a shred of intention to fix the real problem, which is that the USA immigration process is garbage.
The United States used to be a land of laws that applied to everyone... doesn't seem that way now.
Trump is signing his executive orders left and right without any thought for what is legal and what is not and is actively seeking to circumvent American laws. After all, the Supreme Court has already ruled he's allowed to murder political rivals and have immunity, why can't he just do whatever he wants?
Canada is happy to take in immigrants. We have been lauded throughout the world for our ability to welcome immigrants to our country and work their culture and mores into a cultural mosaic that is studied by immigration consultants for it's efficacy. Yes, we can improve on things, and we aren't perfect, but we at least have legal processes that work. Immigrants that come to Canada and don't fulfill our requirements are deported, but it's not without due process, and not without consideration. We actively look for ways to help people to immigrate to Canada... so yes, my "lefty views" and I would be happy to welcome immigrants to Canada.
You don't like us pointing out the flaws in your precious orange flatulence... Cry me a river.
Funny how all the ones you said were in the Democrats camp "tech companies, corporations, media, ivy league schools, Hollywood..." are all successful well educated concentrations of people. Why do you think successful well educated people would object to Donald Trump?

Have a good night everyone.

And sometimes a fantasy is just something you should keep to yourself rather than expressing it openly in public to people you do not know.
