Part of the problem is this left vs right nonsense. There are a lot of republicans and right leaning people that really hate Trump.

It’s not just the left that won’t stop. I got screamed at by a neighbor the other day because I don’t like Trump. I most definitely did not try to hit him over the head with socialism but I’m brainwashed by mainstream media and my lefty friends blow up cars lol. It was a bizarre argument that I wasn’t even a part of. I’m left but I don’t hate anybody. Nothing but love for you and for Trump lovers. The world needs more love. That’s how we all heal.

I even have hope that in the end some good things will come out of all of this. Canada will be more independent. The pendulum will swing the other way in 4 years. Musk is gonna keep on being a spoiled rich baby but he won’t be in politics forever.

Nothing ever lasts. Nothing ever stays the same. This too shall pass.

Don’t put the blame of hate on lefts. It’s just simply not true.

Trump is the one spewing hate almost every time he opens his mouth, he’s always telling people who to hate next.
well said Harmony. and what happens to people who don't have these extreme political beliefs? when you are religiously "left" then everybody else appears to be "right". when you are religiously "right" then everybody else appears to be "left".

That's the mature and logical thing to do and it's scary that so many MAGA devotees can't seem to see past the hypocrisy of hating something a democrat does, but loving it when Trump does it, even when it's against their own interests. The level of faith, or more aptly put zealotry is scary.

Cheers.
tuned to CNN the other day for a minute or 2

they had a soybean farmer on there, with the southern drawl

she asked him about Trump and his stupidity with tariffs

the guy said the first time around the tariffs Trump put on lost them 25% of their trade with China, the biggest market for soybeans

it didn't recover

now, he expects to lose another 1/4 to 1/3rd from the new round of tariffs

then the clown said he'd still vote for the orange clown again

you can't account for religious stupidity, which is what MAGA is

just like our Liberal cult members here, 9 years of economic decline

they're going to still vote for the new green version of the Turd, Carney

like he's different or going to do anything different

like Trump was going to be different this time

There is zero upside to arguing about religion or politics in my opinion. All side's are far to entrenched to have intelligent thoughtful and respectful discourse...too bad it's come to this...
but it has.

Seen on one of the main north south artery highways in Montreal.

A sign in french from a Vermont driver saying that most Americans are apologizing for the behavior of their country ( we all know they are apologizing for the orange twit )

We all know what most people in New England feel about trump.

Taken last month

hardly, if people didn't do that, things will never change

that's why we've been stuck in this for a decade on both sides of the border, took nine years here, will take a few more in the states

all the events thru history wouldn't have happened

religion is far less in the U.S., the west because of arguing, discourse

people would still be stuck in the past

like most Muslims countries, who still want to live like it's the 700's

the real problem is too many people think like you

and don't speak up, fight back, the majority

idiots like Trump/Maga count on it, like how the Dems won't shut the gov't down, yet Trump is doing it anyway

the majority aren't religious

aren't political

yet still don't voice their opinion against the zealots driving the short bus

those "sides" are outnumbered far outnumbered

If a state allows it, remove the senator or congressman. Call them back for allowing Trump to destabilize the US economy.

The scariest driving experience I ever had was on that road!
A Montreal sp took me for a drive in bumper to bumper traffic while texting appointments.
Lol You didn't like going on a highway 40 feet deep in a concrete channel. Lol

In the 60s with Expo 67 coming up they had to rely on a proven engineering technology as the deadline was fast approaching, so they based the engineering on an highway from Venezuela or Colombia of all places and some of their engineers were involved in the project . Never had any glitch that i recall other than flooding twice during torrential rain.

Metropolitan hwy is the opposite...40 feet up in some places with no shoulder as you must know for having visited Montreal...120km/h 3 lanes wide....the new drivers don't like it ...or newcomers to the city ... 😂

I agree. It’s important and can be fun to talk politics or religion. That’s how we learn and connect and change the world. The reason half the population doesn’t vote is because of misinformation and apathy. If you aren’t taught as a kid how important voting is, you might grow up to never vote. There’s also a few religions that don’t vote and a few religions that try to control women to either not vote or to vote along with the man. If conversations about religion and politics is normalized, we all benefit. Excluding some places where it might be inappropriate 💕

My dad was very political and very left growing up so I’ve always voted.

Getting into sex work, introduced me to all kinds of people from every walk of life. I’ve had to adjust my eat the rich mentality a little bit hahaha 😝

I've voted since I could and gave never missed, even school board bi-elections and I don't have kids.

It's hard to win an argument with a smart person and near impossible to win one with a dumb one. Problem is the dumb ones tend to be the most vocal.

This is true too. I don’t like being yelled at. And Trump supporters do a lot of yelling lol.

Sorry. Lefties do not do vandalism on cars. Criminals do that. Most lefties as well as most righties are not criminals. Capitol rioters and Tesla vandalizers are not the norms.

When are you going to stop pointing fingers and blaming crimes on a whole demographic of people?

Won't happen, it's part of their lifestyle. Makes them feel better about themselves.
