Turning 40 aint so bad

Well it was the July long weekend....it was my birthday today....I hit the big 40......and for the most part I laughed at it....to start my day yesterday I went to Sugarland and saw Pia and to be blunt I fucked the hell out of her....went through all the positions as well as my fave contorted position(and damn she liked that one....very responsive I will say)....yeah when I was 20 I could have gotten it up 3 times in an hour but I sure as hell could not have lasted as long as I do now.....after that wicked fun which made me feel like I was 20 I enjoyed a round of golf with a fellow pooner who is also a regular player at my poker game.....right off the bat the round was wicked...we played $1 skins for fun and he kicked my ass....the carry over was for today when we played another round.....and I brought my A game...he ended up 5 skins ahead but I gave him a serious lesson about putting....the trash talking was fun and I had a blast....cant think of a better way to spend my birthday than with a friend who I play poker with and who also poons....good times to say the least.

As for me....well lets take stock....40 years old and not a single grey hair....in fact I look like I am 35....I am a trim 150 with a decent build and I am confident about where I am going in life.....ky sexual stamina is also very good....when I was 20 I was completely directionless and for the most part clueless.

I am now 50 (spend my 50th b'day in Vancouver, saw Claire Monet (great cardio workout) and had a steak dinner at The Keg). In the past 10 yrs, I have been lucky to travel to Europe several times (Florence, Paris, Scotland rocks) and below the equator to Australia (loved Melbourne) and twice to New Zealand (the place to visit and Auckland has a great escort/brothel scene).

and, at 50, I can still get 3 shots on goals. Enjoy the next 10 yrs, Storm!

I dunno, I hit 40 and now get runner's knee easily and have partial tears in the ligaments in my shoulder that leave me in constant pain some days. I don't have as much energy as I did when I was 20, nor do I learn as fast and I'm carrying an extra 5 lbs I can't get rid of. My reading eyesight is starting to go as things have to be at least 6 inches away to see clearly, and my gumline is receeding.

30 was when everything worked and I was relatively injury free.

I do inversion table ( hanging upside down) daily, it does wonders for your body if you do it regularly. Gives the face a flush healthy look, and blood to your scalp to help your hair. And realigns the organs, the constant pull of gravity on our bodies takes it toll. Thats my tip for looking more youthful.

I miss not being able to pee a 15' dia. circle :-(, not being able to eat pizza after 1 pm(later results scorching heartburn when i go to bed) The worst is being considered 'harmless' by young nubile girls lol .

For me, turning 40 was no biggie. Turning 50 was okay but I started to really notice the old bod was just not working the way it used to. Turned 60 in Feb and things are really starting to fuck up (which my quad bypass can attest to). I don't know if I want to make it to 70.

I occasionally supplement my meals with multivitamins, wild fish oils, COq10, and grape seed extract. I'm finding myself drinking more water and I'm down to one cup of coffee per week. Yup, one cup of good java a week.

Yes, but best to check with a nutritionist or your doctor to find out what is the acceptable level. I take an average of 200mg of COq10 per day.

Please I am finding at 41 my libido is pretty much that same as when I was 19, and if anything my stamina is even better. Yeah I may not be able to get into some of the crazier sexual positions due to decrease of flexibility(been working on that) but that was what I got for working a desk job and sitting on my ass for 6 years. Your golden into your 60's easy, turning 40 is not the end you just have to take care of yourself and your body will reward you for it later on.

After seeing some pictures(via Facbook) of the guys I graduated with, I felt a whole lot better about myself. Damn some of these guys look like they are in thier early 50's after 20 years of marriage many of them are happy but the stress of marriage/kids has definitely taken it's toll on quite a few of them.

Thanks LAG...for some my life is awesome.....for others it is just a bag of mouldy old tangerines....life is what you make it/and enjoy it....it is all relative though in the grand scheme of things.....everyone has their tangent/line according to the grand plan.

All I can say is this weekend I had a blast......sweet tight asian kitty and a lot of golf...lots of trash talking with a good friend....and I schooled him with regards to the skill of the putter...could not have had a better B day weekend.....no chance of that.

Turning 40 did not mean much to me it was as i approached 50 that i really new i better start fuck or i would never ... When i turned 50 there was one girl that i thought I had a chance with but when that disappeared I started seeing escorts ..and looking at life a little different ..

I have tried tp make up for lost time but timer is stating catch up .. arthritis and some regrets are going to slow me down before i want it to.

Fuckin A dude....thats the spirit......my best advice though is to hit "middle age crazy" early....strike those whims off your list and have a blast doing it....then when you hit 40 you are that much wiser
