It's highly likely that's not her pic, but the ad reads ok, I'd suggest avoiding if they ask for a deposit, but otherwise TOFTT and give it a try. Be sure to post a review.

It's always a good idea to check other cities every now and then, most of the scammers are really lazy and post the same ad in multiple places, right down to the typos.
