I have had a number of PMs asking the answer which is they all worked at Nevadas and all quit because of the atrocious fines levies on them I personally have not been to Nevadas for quite some time because I refuse to do business with somebody who treats their employees as if they are nothing but a tool to make them money, the point I try to make is these girls are real people with real feeling and should be treated as such
Chastity, grant park area, all of these girls are very attractive and great providers however they seem pretty cautious with a first time customer which is probaly understandable with the murder a couple of weeks ago, its just unfortunate that they cant work in a safe and comfortable atmosphere without somebody taking advantage of them
I think there are a lot of pooners in winniprg that would dispute you on that the only negatives I have seen on either Jayde or Chasity is they are hard to contact since going indy, service wise they are two of the best

I heard there was a young hot girl named Alicia rhat only lasted a couple of weeks not sure if the bp Alicia is the same one as I didnt see the Nevada Alicia, however did see her and was quite impressed nice body with a very impressive rack,loves daty overall a very good session,didnt see any telltale signs of a heavy drug user.. Hallie is another lady who has consistently gotten good reviews,seems like its the more popular ladies that get fined to point that they quit, starting to wonder if BB Belinda is so jealous of the slim pretty ladies that she cant stand having them around, from a business owner and employers perspective its doesnt make much sense to keep getting rid of your most productive employees
As much as I like criticizing how Nevada's is run the reality is that most of these fines are for missing shifts or being late. A lot of these girls do give great service but they just aren't reliable I can't count how many times I've been in there and everyone is busy and when you ask when a certain girl would be available they tell you that they aren't really busy they just didn't show up. It also doesn't make sense from a business standpoint to have nobody working half the time.
So when you look at the girls who uswed to work at Nevadas and whats left there now would you say there fine system is working
No obviously I don't but a lot of my all time favs in the past have worked there for years without any problems and whenever I'd ask them about the ones that got fired or quit it wasn't about them getting picked on by Belinda it was that they were unreliable. Almost all the girls listed in this thread have worked at Broadways too and they didn't last long there either. Go to Moonlight if you think letting the girls run the place themselves works that place is a complete joke.
I wonder how many remember 222 where the girls ran it themselves I have some very fond memories of that place, the reason Chasity didnt last at Broadways is she was too good of a provider the trio didnt like the competition
I haven't been to Nevada in many years and can't believe that Eric is still around. I always thought he looked like Mr Burns from the Simpsons and I would have a hard time not laughing whenever I saw him. as much as I love those girls in this thread and I've seen most of them, I do think Rexx is correct and who are we to tell someone how to run his own business. Unreliable employees don't last long in any business except the government.
Girls have come and gone as long as I have been pooning, but as an employer I can tell you the attitude of an employee is directly relaqtive to how they are treated in just about any case a happy employee is a productive employee,my customers tell me how to run my business by there return business if I do not satify their needs or have the product they what they go elsewhere I can guarantee you the Nevada management wouldnt cut it in my world
