I have to refute that spinnerman2.. Melonie does have an odor problem, she is a fine looking woman, don't get me wrong, but I did notice it right away..

I saw a suggestion through a pm that made sense if Eric or pjrd insists that they have to fine the girls that show up late or miss a shift as a deterent to that behavior then it should go in a fund as a bonus to the girls that do a good job, if the money went back to the girls instead of managements pocket it would not appear that management is trying to steal from the girls I bet you would see a remarkable change in attitude

Where I work, if someone is not performing, showing up late etc. they lose their job. No fines etc. Based on the reasoning for the fines, how come Belinda tends to fine the girls extra at Christmas time. Total cash grab and Eric needs to wake up and get his business back on track. He is a strange man but I don't see him as a total asshole. Perhaps just blind!!
