Traveling ladies must be a "vital service"

This is my ironic take on the Manitoba Public Health Order. A well-regarded SP is postponing her Manitoba visits because visitors must self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival. Exceptions for those providing "vital services".

The Order specifically allows people to self-isolate in their hotel room but they may leave for "essentials" such as food, meds and so on. Also they do not have to isolate the full 14 days if they leave the province. The guy who wrote this must have been an active pooner of visiting ladies, the Order seems written with them in mind!

Covid never really got going in Manitoba and we are down to just seven (7) active cases as of today. So ladies come on over to Winnipeg, it's as safe as can be!

I'm not sure if inviting Ladies from Quebec, and Ontario would be a great Idea ?
Unless, They could get Tested, or would be willing to Self-Isolate for 2 Weeks before They saw any Clients ?

Quebec, and Ontario have been the epicenters for COVID-19 in Canada . I would assume because of the close proximity to New York, which is the epicenter for the USA .

We'd Love to have one of your popular Ladies visit Vancouver because of your low Numbers in Winnipeg !

If you don't think sex isn't a vital service you may be on the wrong board. I think it was the Netherlands that provided a SW to invalids 2 or 3 times a year at goverment cost deeming it a vital service or words to that effect
