To review or not to review...that is my question!?

:p

I'm sorry if it's been asked before but I'm curious.. and really interested on getting your perspective on this - as I've never had to choose an sp myself! I've been told by some that they will not review their "regulars" but will review others.

What determines who you decide to review? Or not to review?

~~~
Some reviewers also seem to say that they've waited to post a (good) review about their most recent SP as all others prior to that were bad/not memorable. In response to that comment, others have said that perhaps those experiences should have been shared in a review as well since it is also good info to have (good, bad, mediocre) when making their decision..
What do you think should determine who to write a review about? (What kind of information do you look for and is useful for you when reading reviews and trying to decide on a specific SP)?
~~~

And finally, I also read a few times ppl questionning the need to review the same SP over and over again in a short period of time.

Is there a point when any additionnal reviews of the same SP do not make any difference to you or help you make a decision and the information seems redondant? Or do you feel there can never be enough? How much is too much?

Discuss.. :cool:

I don't see much of a point in the same person reviewing the same SP more than once in a short period of time unless they have some completely new and different information to add, or wish to change their opinion about something.

Multiple people saying the same thing, though, can be useful as it shows that the service is consistant and that it's not just one guy's opinion

I review every SP I see for the first time, good or bad. I never review them again, no matter how many times I see them afterward. This applies whether it's a new SP, or one who's been reviewed many times before. The more reviews there are on a given SP, the better it is for pooners deciding whether or not to see her.

Once I have reviewed a lady, I don't normally review again unless the service has changed. In particular I don't review if I feel the YMMV is far more than it once was. That is between me and her.

And if the SP is a regularly reviewed or always indicated as a top SP, then again I don't see the need to post what everyone already has said.

Or you could just not review.

95% of the ladies I visit will, in all likelyhood, never be seen by any of the posters here.

SA, EMEA and the East Coast and South in the States. In addition to cost. I do not go to MP's and I only take a chance on very highly recommended ladies in Canada.

I think the closest I ever came to a review was to say once that I would see a certain provider again.

Add to that, some posters, through experience or talent are GOOD at reviewing. I know I would not be. My expectations and standards are not what others have.

I review all the girls I see. I didn't review my Fav until almost 6 months after seeing her as I was not into sharing my experience with her. I will also review a girl if I repeat but only after like 3 or 4 months just to show her service is still the same. Consistency counts, though I would probably tack that onto a previous review.
I also try and take the ladies wishes into consideration, for example if she offers ymmv services that she would rather not have out there for all to see I will not include that in my report.
I most certainly think that bad reviews are the most important as they give us the other side of an appointment.

But this is a silly discussion on this board as we all know that a Do Not Review list is in effect here so no review on this board is really useful as we can't be sure that it wasn't edited by administration. Or that we will even see the review.

athaire, it's clear this has become very personal for you. As you've openly pined for the demise of this board, what might be your motivation in continuing to return to it... particularly given the content of this, your latest post?

My criteria for reviewing are that I want to be able to:

1) Entertain you fuckers (and hope you get a good wank out of it).

2) Entertain myself (largely so it is easier to wank myself later).

3) Lower the shame quotient for myself by revelling in my own raunchy nature yet making fun of myself for being such a horny goat weed.

4) Lower the misogyny quotient of our hobby by exalting the SP's that have no "hisogyny" (subtle hatred of the client). The guys that like debasing SP's (either openly or subtly by making them sound like meat holes) may just have a transformational experience with a great one. The fewer meat hole inspectors we have, the more likely we will retain the great ones.

I do mostly positive reviews (because they are the most fun to write and read and I tend to choose SP's that are likely to give me a great experience). I will do repeats of the same SP if I have a particularly unique experience.

But I think we need all kinds of reviewers ... the quickie L/A/S crowd, the Hatricks, the weird bunghole inspectors, the SP's like V V who review us, etc. to make this thing we do fun for both pooners and poonettes.

Why because I miss you of course....... and yes I guess this has become very personal for me. This issue at least. But I mainly try to stay in the Vic section as it still holds some interest for me. But thanx for noticing.......;)
I see you still slink around in stealth mode......something to hide? Scared? Moron........

I agree that posting the same thing over and over again is pointless, like looking at an inbox full of spam, but there are some posters who believe reviews have a very short shelf life:

Repeat reviews have value to those people.
I do repeats if I feel there is something different to add, and there often is as your familiarity with an SP increases. Consistancy of quality service (or a deterioration) is useful information.

Review?

I only review if I get really good or really bad service. If really bad I always try to go into as much detail as possible about what I didnt like about the service or attitude of girl -looks is never a problem as I dont stay if I dont have a good first impression. I always ask if girl feels comfortable seeing me for the first time. Dont review if for whatever reason girl doesnt like reviews- unless really bad service.

ATHAIRE! OTBn!

GO TO YOUR ROOM NOW!

I don't want to hear a peep out of you (on this thread) until you've thought about your actions and are ready to apologize...to each other!

or...

you can just wait until your father comes home!

Why I don't review anymore

The problem with reviewing your favorite SP or any good SP is that this board and all other review boards are populated by trolls, SPs expressing their fake male side, Pimps and little boys who are looking for wanking material.

I don't provide a platform for them to dump garbage on the women I see.

If we were allowed to lock a review post that we created, I would post reviews.

To review or not to review, that is the question...

It is often a no-win situation for the reviewer. If the review appears to be "too good", you might be accused of shilling, if it is "too frank", there is the risk of ostracization by the girl and/or her cronies, and if it is "too bad", what is really to be gained by writing it at the expense of the working girl other than "saving others" from a potentially lame experience? Although I am playing the devil's advocate in my little spiel, some degree of inherent truth lies within the words.

i tend to write a review everytime i see an sp because with all the choices out there i rarely go back for second trips unless i really enjoyed the session. but anytime i see an sp again for a second time or a third i don't review, as i generally don't have anything new to add. that or if the review i would write is simialar to reviews already written then there is just no point

Review or not?

I will review if the experience strikes me and then if I feel inspired. For example I may see someone and may not review them for a month or two or three. For me to write a review it is about being in the right mood to write.

I sometimes will let the experience spin in my head a bit first so I can recall and rethink every aspect.

For instance - I am almost ready to write my review of Miss Bijou! Maybe next week!

ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

Well we have met and it was a very good experience! Know I will have to carefully choose my words in order to remain a mystery (or is it misery).

I will start with a teaser........
