I hope you never breed your genes into the world. Its shows how much contempt you have for your community and other people as well. I work in South Lake Union, where I see people who probably make over 100k per year do this type of behavior, so its not just people in the ghetto.

" A witness told the CBC an argument had started outside the Starbucks over a cigarette butt tossed from a car.
A woman had tossed the butt out of the window and Page-Vincelli had picked it up and thrown it back at her, according to the witness.
He said the woman had then gone into a nearby bank and retuned with a man, following Page-Vincelli into the coffee shop.

Others think that it is cool to toss away the butt. Maybe 30 years ago. Today in this summer heat, your cigarette butt can start a fire.

Take down their plate number....report it to the authorities.
If the cop doesn't want to deal with it, ( which has happened many times in the interior) go to the staff sergeant, or report it to Wildfires....bear in mind there's a good chance you may have to testify as a witness.
I've written a few tickets over a thousand for careless behaviour, including tossing cigarettes .....if they start a forest fire, and Forestry is over budget for fighting fires that year, they are on the hook for the cost of that fire.
So that means even though they may not incur the cost at the time of the fire, it may come to bite them in the ass a few months after sweating about it.

Don't let them think they can just carelessly toss one out and keep driving, thinking it doesn't matter....they are a threat to some people's homes and livelihoods,and our economy.

I hate whenever I witness it. Apart from littering people should worry about the hazards.

I was told by someone a while ago that his parents were driving and someone tossed a cigarette out from a car going in front of them. A gust of wind blew the butt straight into his dad's lap! In panic, he hit another car and before he could collect his senses, the culprit was gone.
