Jacksonville's turf is only less than a few hours away from football GOLD which is Gator Country. The potential for $$$ will be hard to resist for the Jaguars owner.

And he grew up in Jacksonville before he went to U of F. If they could somehow make it work and have him there (which it might because apparently it won't take too much to get him), then the new owner's return on investment could prevent the franchise from moving (for the time being).
Tebow will only cost less than $ 1.2 Million this coming season, easy ROI on jersey sales alone. U of F will be a goldmine for the Jaguars. During the last Broncos game in Miami last season which was sold out - almost half of the stadium was cheering for Tebow.

After all the praise heaped on Tebow, that pretty much shows what Elway thinks of him. Now the Jets have 2 awful QBs.

Some might say that Elway is a big meany for not working something out to send Tebow to Florida but I think he was doing the kid a favor. It would not have been pretty when they have to start booing their favorite son. At least in NY, they boo everyone for anything so he shouldn't feel too bad.

How bad did Florida want him? The jets got him and a 7th, for a 4th and a 6th. I am sure Jacksonville could have matched that offer??

I guess Elway goes to hell now, for forsaking Jesus' favourite QB......

Looks like Tebow chose the Jets over Jacksonville. After the NY deal hit a snag, the Jaguars came back to make a play for him and Denver left it up to Tebow to decide. Apparently he chose NY because they showed they really wanted him.

What a sideshow circus that act will be.

The coach wouldn't want him...he'd have to change his entire offence to accomodate Tebow.
That's the reason Tebow chose the NY Jets coz the Coach, GM, and Owner wants HIM. The coming Jets season is already sold-out even before Tebow. Tebow chose Football over Marketing even though he'll make more $$$ with the latter in the Big Apple. The networth of the owner of the Knicks went up by $ 110 Million in less than 2 months when MSG stock grew because of Lin-sanity. ( Now 5-0 with Wood-sanity :) ). Publicity-stunt or NOT, one thing is for sure New York will be rockin' in 2012.

I'm looking forward to the Sanchize's inevitable meltdown when people start chanting for Tebow every time he throws a bad pass.
It's happening now. That 34-0 loss to the 49ers was pretty hard for the Jets fans to take. Plus, they've got the unbeatable Houston Texans next. Tebow time is coming soon. ;)

i don;'t know like how many touches has he had
i think i would get more touches if i was in new york.

and brady would do a lot better in jet land.

they would have the sense to design the offense around him and let him read the defense and do his thing
that is the problem sanchez isn't bright enough, tebow doesn't have enough talent

The Knicks and Jets have concluded if youre going to lose might as well lose as a great soap opera cause the building will be packed to watch a trainwreck. Jason Kidd as a PG, he is about 40 now!

Darryl Strawberry

With regards to Darryl Strawberry, I'm very happy for the former Bad Boy of Baseball who is now a changed man and shares the same belief and inspiration as Tebow. ;) I guess things happen for a reason. These days the Darryl Strawberry Foundation is dedicated towards children with autism. :thumb:

Ya their defence had nothing to do with it....it was all Tebow
Not taking any credit away from the tough defense of the Broncos. In fact, I do feel that they played a major role in their success that resulted in those late game miracles and trip to the NFL Playoffs last season. However, I do believe that Denver had the same defensive team when they started the season 1-4 and when they changed QB's as well. So something or someone might have sparked them. ;)

i just watched the patriots game i had it on the pvr.

its perfect for foot ball hit the ff button once and get thirty seconds fast forward
except when brady has got his game on, he can run two plays in like thirty seconds,
a faster offense then any team i have watched so far of the ball

i don't know, over the years brady hasn't had the best recievers, and some of the guys he has now, well no one else wanted.
yeah he has but not always, and he has always been right there,

i don't know hunka you seeing something im not and way smarter then me,
or you just like to be difficult and argue and piss on people

but fuck i would take brady any time anywhere with any reviever or o line.
did you see him tonight

and tomorrow night the jets,
what kind three stooges are we going to get,

We know you love Brady..we get that. But you don't really seem to understand football.
Ever heard of Matt Cassell?? Belichik made him look like a stud at the QB position as well. The coach is the brains in that organization. He has taken decent players, including Brady, and made them look better than they are. Brady has no mobility whatsoever. Take away his O-line and he will look like shit. Put him in Philly or Chicago and let's see how he would do.
