Thoughts: Escorts asking for your pic before accepting you as a client

I know guys expect to see a pic, but what about the provider? Imagine how one would feel if you're rejected based on your looks? How do you feel about your pic on the internet especially if the provider asks for a full frontal (nude) pic.

I've been asked to provide both a pic and a reference, but never a full-frontal nude shot. That would be enough to overcome even my low risk-aversion.:hat:

Most likely just want to know who to look for when you buzz the room
bwahaha. beware of the dude with the trenchcoat flashing the apartment lobby camera.
SPs can ask other questions to see if the client qualifies... aren't we paying for it so it's not a criteria for a (paid) date?
Personally, I think it's more of an ego thing and the provider is simply very selective who she sees. I wonder what would be a good response in these situations?

Just do same as all the Asian ads and send a fake pic or one from 20 years ago.

I heard about that happening on dates. In some cases, the dude wasn't even the same person. Although it's fun, I doubt there will be a positive outcome.

I doubt most would care if you're "good looking" or not, maybe a few do.

One of my lady friends actually said she could never see herself sleeping with unattractive guys, I told her she could always get a photo first, so there are some women out there that truly care.

Some car dealerships don't even give you the time of day if you don't fit their "mould".

I imagine a few providers are looking for a prospective sugar daddy or like Caramel says, they "truly care" and can afford to be choosy. However, from the pooner's point of view, if he did everything right but may not be in his 30s or is not very attractive or slim and he get's rejected. Talk about a blow to one's ego and self esteem. Hmm. I just thought of Chris Farley as I finished my last sentence.

Girls and/or places don't ask for a pic for the most part. Even the places that screen their customers will simply ask for race/age or push to height/weight... they know what's too far for most people. The places that do screen and choose their clients can only do so because they can afford to and/or have a good enough reputation to do so.

I wouldn't ever provide a pic. I could care less about getting rejected or not tbh.

I assume the ladies are asking for pics of your penis. Just tell her your panoramic mode is broken.

Such a request would be automatic grounds for my not seeing the SP.

I don't know why but ever time I have got a pic it has always been a bait and switch. They send me a pic like this

and he shows up

At least you can walk away, I have to say to myself "Damn, I should have upped my price"

I remember there was this lady working out of Langley who wanted guys to send their photos. Not sure how many guys did send theirs. I never did, I never would. Having said that, out of about 12 dozen sessions, I have NEVER been asked for one either.

Seeing it from SP's side, it could just be a safety thing.

But If an SP going to screen people on bases of their looks, age and/or ethnicity (many ladies, for personal reasons or otherwise, still do that though), then I really think it's their choice and I am sure they are ok with taking the financial hit. We, as clients have the option of not seeing them. That's the nature of the business, I guess.

A pic was requested by a very 'part time' escort so she could recognize me in a coffee shop. She wanted to get acquainted prior to agreeing to follow through with the date.

I thought about it and decided she would have my pic whether or not we went through with the date. I passed on both the pic and the date. Too many choices that do not require a face pic to get involved with such stuff IMHO.

There's a flood of new girls coming online weekly. Its so easy to skip over someone making unusual demands. But I can't blame a girl for trying all that she can do to feel safe if safety is the motivation for a picture request.
If someone responds to her questions of age, weight, ethnicity... incorrectly then she should simply not open the door when they arrive just as a pooner should walk if the girl behind the door doesn't come close to the one described in the ad.

i think it's a post-social media phenomenon

these kids (escort wannabees) are so used to publishing pics of each other in their normal real life, they think nothing of asking for one from their 'new' friends in the escort biz

personally, i've always responded to requests for pics with a statement that i don't send face pics to strangers on the internet, followed by a suggestion that we meet for coffee somewhere first - we can always identify each other by descriptions of clothing for the first meet if it's a busy place. if they don't agree to that then it's simply time to move on... they'll learn eventually - or not. either way it's no skin off my hide

I would have a problem sending a photo but I also understand the SP's who want to do a bit of pre-screening. But if the SP is turned off (or turned on) by certain types then they should stipulate that and let the guys decide if they should book or not. I see a lot of this already where age is restricted to 40 and over or whatever. Or maybe that's because younger guys are just immature?
