Just wondering how members experiences have been seeing a sp with a "fully functional" penis compared to a sp with a real penis? (hope I'm not stirring a bees nest by using the word real to describe a penis that a male at birth has, but I'm sure most members will understand I don't intend to offend)

The question itself is not phrased that well. Basically all penises on these providers are real flesh and blood so long as they are pre-op. Not all are "fully functional". Whether or not it's fully functional is a complex mix of personal choice, their treatment regimes, hormones and level of surgical intervention. Ask the question, politely and very sensitively and realize that you are dealing with a human being, they are not machines. A review found elsewhere on the internet criticized a trans provider for not ejaculating during the session, her response was to post a video of her blowing a rather massive load and saying that while he was unable to make her orgasm, that was a comment on his abilities, not hers.
