But my 2 cents worth is that the anonymous bashing you are taking is unfair. I have never been to see you (mainly because you are located out in Surry and I live and work in Van) so I don't know who is right and who is wrong.

However, what I do have an issue with is the nut jobs who feel empowered to anonymously bash people's character publicly. Its one thing if an sp were to falsely advertise with fake pictures and try to upsell. There are always going to be negative comments. You put yourself out there. This is a bi-product of it. I've been told I'm 'nasty' and various other disparaging comments on my appearance, apartment. You just have to have a thick skin when you're in this industry.

Put it this way....I dislike when people talk about 'used to'. For me, I have a set of principles that I don't always hold true to...and lord, no one beats me up faster than I do myself when I don't. My point here (presuming I have one) is that I have made decisions in my life and, at this point, I'm at ease and comfortable with them. Are they perfect?...hardly. Do they work...yes. For one, it's only money. Life is not moneycentric...is that a word? If it isn't...it should be.

I make far less money than I ever 'used to' but....I am truly happier doing the things that I enjoy doing. The ones I love are looked after so I have not compromised any of my basic principles. Given all of that, my only point here....make sure you enjoy what you do! And, as the majority of the respondents indicated...don't let the fuckwits win....the good ones outweigh them by a large margin.
