The word "pooner"?

This is a particularly new word to me.

According to the Urban Dictionary - the best place to look up the meaning of slang words (http://www.urbandictionary.com) - a "pooner" has been defined as a wuss, a bicycle seat sniffer, and the type of person who stayed home and masturbated instead of going to the prom. Rather negative definitions.

So how exactly is this particular word come to refer to an SP's clientele? Does the Urban Dictionary need a new entry for 'pooner'?
