Wow...Not sure if others are aware, girls under the age of 18 are not legally able to consent to anal sex. Not using condoms either? Wow. I'm speechless.

If you're going to be sexually active, own it. Don't act like there's some virginity defense lawyer who can get you acquitted on a technicality. If I was some girl's dad, I'd be more dismayed that she thinks such delusions actually work.
A common sense guide:
Blowjob or finger-bang = You are 50% not a virgin (and maybe 75% if you do both).
Vaginal sex = you are 100% not a virgin
Anal sex = you are 150% not a virgin

I'll say one thing about doing analsex as a teenage girl, you won't get pregnant.
She may not get pregnant, but her risk factors for HIV are very high.

Age of Consent

If you are having sex with HIV positive people I'm guessing your risk factor for catching it is very high no matter what hole you are letting them stick it in.
This seems comical to me - the law doesn't care why they're married without being adults. Ordinary consent not enough, but if you're in some sect that forces a ring on some little girl's finger, then knocking on her back door is A-OK.

Many laws in Canada and the world are based on religious or christian beliefs, not common sense.
Come on, the risk of getting infected with HIV from unprotected anal sex is much greater than protected virginal sex.

Until it is amended or removed it is still a part of the criminal code and can be applied regardless if it is unconstitutional or not. A judge may throw it out, but the person has already been arrested, charged and gone through the system to end up in court.
I don't agree with any law that violates our rights, unfortunately it can take years to change them. In the mean time, it will have negatively impacted people's lives up to that point and beyond.
