Same here. Rule of thump, appointment duration has to be > or = to driving time to make the trip worthwhile. That is why I rarely do 1/2 hr and never B'nG
I never thought of it like that but ya, that makes sense. Still, even if I lived next door to an SP ,I'd still do at least 1 hour because short sessions just to get off don't appeal to me, as I enjoy the companionship side of a session , too.

Well I finally tried the new bridge today as I had to drive to Langley for work.
Going from Vancouver to Langley wasn't that bad. The road itself is in horrible condition.
Uneven pavement, ruts, dips, potholes. My car was wondering like mad.

On the way back, stop and go from the middle of the bridge till around IKEA. Took 45 minutes to go 2km.
Think they should have held back the toll, till it actually is done. But I guess that was the whole point of having the bridge done, before all the other roads effected, so they can charge the toll ASAP.

I can see why people use Pattullo. Faster and free.
I have to go back Friday, I will be using the Pattulo on the way home for sure.
