ugh...rep points gone. And just as I had received my "spectacular aura about me". A sub with a spectacular aura...wow, now there's something. But, sigh, it's all gone now. Presuming it was my initial post that caused the change (never have I seen Fred wade into a thread before), then I apologize. I am sure, however, that there are/were more issues pertaining to the whole deal than one little eddie post. I can only imagine the odd things the admins get to encounter on such a board as this. In any event, I was raised and try to raise, to take responsibility quickly for an error. So...again....in spite of it being slightly megalomaniacal of me to imagine it was that post that did it....just in case it was...sorry. Truly, rep points were kinda fun.
Just to finish off my facebookiesh post back there, the mistressturnedsub is fully ensconced, I have stained the deck, painted the pickets (looks spectacular), and moved out to the lofty bed. Tonight we'll head off to Ikea to pick up some curtains and a right angle rod so that I can have a wee bit of privacy. I moved the scare conditioner out to the main area and it's working amazingly well at keeping the place to a comfortable temp. The whole thing kind of fits actually, it looks as good as what I had in mind when I first envisioned the idea....so, that's a good thing.
Also, her ex actually thinks I'm cool and her parents are both eddie converts.....at least, that's the feedback I got from the mts. There will be a golf game in the near future with her ex, he's a teaching pro and I have a buddy who needs to lose some money on the course. Nothing like bringing a sleeper along.
By way of more concrete apology for any of the wonderful people on here adversely affected by the loss of rep points.....I am buying the first two rounds of drinks at the next MERL meeting...regardless if you are a current or prospective member. It's the least I can do....and the most I will do.
