99.99999% certain that you won't get the girl in the picture. It's funny when I see ads saying they are Russian/Ukrainian. I start talking to them in Russian and almost all of them can't even speak a word in Russian

I had several russian sites. You can also use tineye

Is tineye as good or reliable as yandex? I was using tineye but another user put me onto yandex a couple weeks ago. Seems to get more hits?
