Found her on secrethostess, which has confirmed providers so I'm guessing it's a legit site, but I haven't seen her on any others. She has a twitter and onlyfans, but don't know if she only does online content or if she provides as well.

No idea how legit it is, it could be "legit" like leolist in that there are actual providers that advertise there but with a significant amount of scammers. I saw an ad by a provider called cherry bomb who posted on leolist and secrethostess who's willing to facetime to confirm pics, her numbers matched and the pics on secrethostess were different from the ones on leolist, but again that could just mean there are legit ads here and there among the scammers.

It's not a legit site. They scrape the LL directory and other places. And we don't allow links to unpaid advertising sites. If the lady in question is still a provider, it's a coincidence, the one mentioned by the OP hasn't had an ad on LL in over a year, the pics "verified" are all dated 2021. Thread closed.
