Typically that means $80.00 for a blowjob, usually in the car. For more $ they'll do it topless. Rates for other services increase from there, generally (and I haven't been out cruising for a long time) a straight lay will be between $120 - $150, half & half (blow & a lay) will be $150 - 200.
Kingsway is generally considered the Mid track and sometimes just referred to as the Kingways track. Most cruisers tend to avoid it or only do one circuit as there's a lot of LE (Law Enforcement) on Kingways and they're fairly good at sniffing out the cruisers. Also, the girls tend to be more pricey, or less value for the dollar. Kingsway also has a high concentration of "Union Girls" - girls with pimps. Usually have to pay for a room somewhere too, but you sometimes find girls with their own place.
Low track is typically defined as the area bounded by Main St. and Clark Dr. on E. Hastings and Cordova. Typically the girls out there are either addicted to one drug or another or alcoholics or both. Prices generally range between $20 - $100, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Sometimes you'll find a gem or two, but they're as rare as the name implies. Most times you'll either end up doing it in your car or spending $20 - $40 for a room at the Gastown Hotel or one of the other dives in the area. There's usually lots of LE around - you ARE only a few blocks away from the Main St. cop-shop, but cops tend to ignore cruisers for the most part. Be careful though.
Mid track is generally the area from Clark Dr. to Victoria drive and E. Hastings down to Powell St. Prices generally range from $60 - $200. The girls are most frequently found on Franklin Ave. You get a mix of Union and Independants. The area closer to Victoria Dr. is where the younger gilrs tend to hang out. Be very careful. Getting caught with a minor can be VERY bad. You also have to be careful for girls who'll rip you off - cash n' dash, threaten you, etc. That applies to all areas, really, but its been my experience that those happen more often in this area. Again, usually have to pay for a room somewhere. Lots of LE around here too and they like to stop you for no reason (as on Kingsway, too, I've heard) and basically tell you to leave the area.
Hi-track is in downtown on Seymour and Richards bewteen Nelson and Helmecken, sometimes down to Davie. You've probably seen all the girls across the street from the Penthouse strip club. Prices are generally (again, old intel) bewteen $150 - $300 or higher. Almost al the girls there are union girls and/or work at the Penthouse or one of the massage parlours close by. Usually not great value for the dollar, but if you've got the cash and no desire for an outstanding experience, a lot of the girls look really hot. Yet again, expect to pay extra for a hotel room. LE is usually the lightest here, but still present. With the amount of traffic in this area, its also sometimes difficult to stop. It also draws a lot of attention.
