Victoria, Australia just decriminalized 1 month ago so .... You can watch it anytime after the meeting starts, it's recorded. You can also watch the other meetings there as well.
Crossing fingers......One can dream! No matter what happens, we are on court as well so we will have that option if they decide not to decirminalize.
